The service at night is horrible. The young black girl that works there is blatantly rude, probably hates her job and takes it... out on the customers. The lights are always off to make the place appear closed and the staff refuse orders to often unless it'sa delivery order. Very poor and unprofessional service. You'll see a common thread in my reviews regarding my belief that a business should be judged moreso on how they handle issues... than on their successes. This is a McDonald's. Their employees are only human, and they make mistakes. This location makes theleast mistakes and the best food among the other McDonald's in the area. However, they've made mistakes before, and handled themprofessionally and quickly. What made me jump to writing this post was a phone call that I received from the manager at thislocation. I had a very bad experience with the app, which has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, yet she called me to tryto address the issue and see what she could do to make it right. I didn't need it made right, because it's already right. It'sjust food. I reported the issue with the app because feedback helps. I didn't want compensation, and didn't take anything. Idon't expect this type of managerial response from a fast food restaurant, and was very impressed. She was very pleasant in herattempt to rectify an issue that had nothing to do with her store. I was at this store 10/31/2022 the food was not up to McDonald?s standards for the price of the fish sandwich and fries. The... food was very dry they both tasted like they were reheated The cheese was hard and did not even start to melt. Something iswrong here I am tired of this pandemic fast food no more quality? TLDR: This location simply sucks. EOM (Que tiny ????) It's rare that many things are done right here. (Went here today after... aborting the trip to Telegraph location because of traffic.) Slow service with workers that seem to really not want to be here,like any and everything you ask for is a great inconvenience for them. Today I ordered breakfast and used a reward. Gave thecode and everything. Pick-up window didn't have my reward. "Looks like she didn't ring it up" with the greatest sense offinality. "I ordered it and no it's not on the receipt." "Oh. Have a good day!" So, she assumes I just didn't need it. Couldn'tbe that it was someone else's food. Looks like someone's not eating ???? I asked her if I could get it. "You have to go backaround and order it. I don't have a register." My second trip through was twice as long. This McDonald's is the worst I've everbeen to. Waited at drive through speaker for 5 minutes before I decided to pull up to the window. No one in site. So I went and placed... order on kiosk because they also feel they don?t have to help you at front counter. Little girl gave me my drinks then wasextremely rude when I was still standing there and ask for my sons happy meal that was just sitting there. Read more
We tried to get food here. We waited for several minutes in the drive thru. We tried to order breakfast but was told that was... over. They said the grill was broke so many other items were unavailable as well. The smoothie machine was also broke. Not surewhy they remained open if over half of the menu couldn't be ordered. Read more
Stopped in for a quick lunch ,as you know always crowded and slow at the drive threw window ,some are faster then others... depending on which one you go too. But great food. Read more
