Unnecessarily rude for no reason. Waited for a good while on the speaker and when they finally asked me what I wanted the lady... was so rude. When I placed my ordered, everything went silent. I pull up and they were so nasty. No customer service and tookforever to give out the drinks. Read more

Ordered a ham and swiss on baguette thru Uber Eats but what I got was the bread, pesto dressing and red peppers NO HAM AND NO... CHEESE. Whoever responsible should be reprimanded! Who would order only bread and dressing for the amount of money they want forit??? Take your job seriously Starbucks workers and maybe you would get better pay!!! Read more

Similar to any other Starbucks to be honest. It is the weirdest location though with the tunnel you have to go through. Great... staff though! Drinks are consistent and everyone is friendly. Read more

I am not sure why they take that long. I count it 1 hr and 30min just in a line drive through. So, slow. All the other starbucks... are fast and not taking 10 minutes. I hope they fix that. Thank u, Read more

I usually am the type of person that follows the reviews of others to determine if I should, or shouldn?t. However, I didn?t... have a bad experience ? unlike what I had read. When I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly ?smiling? voice. Couldn?tphysically see the smile, due to being #MaskedUp, but def heard it in the greeting. Although they told me they were doing mobileorders only, due to the registers being down.. I was still treated professionally and respectfully. Honestly, everyone that wasworking today seemed pleasant. The mobile order part was easy breezy! It was as simple as placing my mobile order while standingin the restaurant. I patiently waited until my order was complete, which took maybe a total of 5 minutes total. No one else wasin the restaurant, so that could probably be why I revived a hot, fresh order in no time. Headed on a road trip and I?m glad tohave made this my first stop before getting on the road. Thanks to the staff at the Michigan & Oakman, Dearborn Starbucks! YouAll Rock! Read more

So!!!!! I?d first like to state how important it is to read the instructions on the cup prior to completing the order. This was... one of 3 drinks prepared incorrectly. It states clearly light ice, which literally means very little. Yet the cup is filled tothe rim. Which means that there was little to no refresher actually in the cup. I?m always generous and would simply like tohave my order prepared as it?s given without the individual displaying a ride temperament and appearing to be bothered with mecorrecting her on the order. Good help is extremely hard to find. Seriously worst experience ever. I only gave 1 Star because 0isn?t an option. I won?t be returning to this location. Last but not least, it would be a great idea to have team members toremove old cups & trash from the outdoor sitting area. Just a suggestion. Read more
