The line was very long so my granddaughter and I waited for the line inside to go down before entering. We ordered and waited. ... Looked like they were short staffed. There were 3 employees. One waiting on customers and the other young lady making customersdrinks not sure what the guy was doing. She could of used more help. Everyone was patiently waiting. I will continue to gothere. The wait was too long, and the orders got out of order and customers were upset when waiting a long time and people after us... were being served. I guess starbucks was short hand of employee as well. Just a challenging day. Read more

We?re regulars at the Starbucks Michigan Ave in Dearborn due to the incredible customer experience Zander provides us. Upon... arrival, Zander quickly greets us with a hello, and confirms our regular drinks. When our brew is not available, Zander quicklyoffers to make us a pour over which is not offered by any other locations if your brew is not available. Starbucks is a greatexperience in general but you don?t always get the same level of passion from workers at different locations, as you do fromZander! When you?re in the area look out for this guy as he?s a top notch person who goes out of his way to deliver thatperfect, hot coffee you deserve. Shoutout to Edwin for making me a beautiful and amazing funnel cake frap. I've been coming here for awhile and just having been... able to make a review due to lockdowns. It's truly special interacting with the staff, seeing them smile as they servecustomers. It's one of the things I've missed the most and today really hit the spot for me. I was craving the funnel cake frapsince it was released but it's been soo hard to find a place open long enough. Luckily, my local spot and crew was there to takecare of me. Edwin went above and beyond to my my experience a fantastic one. Hats off to the fantastic crew here as they worksoo hard to help everyone. This is one very very busy location. To make one's experience even better, they still allow orderingahead via the app which is nice. Wait times here can be very crazy but that's just due to the insane volume of people that comethrough along with Michigan Avenue being a very slamming location. The frap was absolutely on point in every way. Am alwaysimpressed with the service here, kind staff and outstanding attitudes of the crew. This store needs to be a standard for WayneCounty in my opinion. They have a beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. The parking, if you can't catch a spot in the front lot,plenty of spots are available behind the building in the parking structures. But what makes it soo special here aside from theawesome service, is that you're in the heart of downtown Dearborn. Everything from parks, to restaurants, workout spots,etc areall around you.
