Drive thru cashier was super rude. Time was 3:15 PM. (12/07/22). I literally just left from there. As I was walking out the door... she started gossiping about it to her peers. All while the manager was sitting in the lobby conducting an interview. I shouldhave spoke up and got my money back but I didn't have time. UPDATE: I was very irritated when this happened, and again when I couldn't get in touch with anybody, so I finally wrote this... review. Since then, I have gotten in touch with Taco Bell corporate, and they took good care of me. I just wanted the refund forthe food I never received, but they went above and beyond what I asked for. I have since been back to use the credit Ireceived, and everything was fantastic. The young lady who helped me at the window was very personable and positive, and thefood was perfect (which isn't a surprise from this location lately). My recommendation is to call the store when you place anorder to pick up inside the store, just to make sure they're actually allowing people in. I ordered and paid in the app forin-store pickup due to a time crunch, but when I got there, the lobby was closed. I didn't have time to go through thedrive-thru because there were ten cars in front of me, so I had to leave. The app wouldn't let me cancel, and I STILL can't getahold of anybody to get my refund. I know I can file a dispute with my credit card company, but it's just an unnecessary hasslecaused by somebody choosing to lock their doors but still take people's money. If I could have just canceled the order, likeevery other fast food app that I've tried lets me do, I wouldn't even be upset. This is just incredibly poor service. Read more

The way them employees make & wrap tacos is what kills me. Why do the shell have to be soggy? Why is it more LETTUCE THAN... ANYTHING on the taco?. Then the order taker is so rude, like how can you take someone order without listening to them. If youjust close your mouth & hear the order the accuracy will be correct. It's certain things I see as being a manager in the fastfood industry that these restaurants isn't caring about. Smh Read more

Worse taco bell I've been to so far . They closed down the dine in @ 6pm to only serve people through the drive thru . We waited... nearly 25 mins in here just to get our food. There is a employee here that works here with burgundy braids that's really rudeand disrespectful to customers. She was playing loud music with cussing in it while they were working and being verydisrespectful to the employees. I will never be returning to this location again. Read more

I ordered a classic combo and the beefy 5 layer burrito ???? is sour. I called them to let them know and the lady told me that... they food is fresh because they just got a truck in yesterday and hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone after I called 4times. Terrible service. They forgot part of my order in the drive through, so I parked and walked up only to find the lobby was... closed. The cashier looked up, saw me and yelled, ?Lobby?s closed! Go back around through the drive through!? I WALKED backthrough the drive through since there were already several people in line, and called the number on the receipt. The same kidanswered the phone and I asked if someone could please just bring me the missing food and he yelled into the phone ?you can getin your car and go back around!!? I promptly hung up and left a message with corporate. Probably won?t hear back but worth atry. Please, save yourself the trouble and find the next closest tbell. Read more
