Came from lunch for dine-in. Only two other tables were being served at the time. Ordered some Mediterranean food. Took... approximately 40 minutes for my food to be ready, despite it not being busy and it was during lunch time; fine, I don't mind aslong as the food is good. Well, it wasn't. I cannot speak for all the menu items due to the fact that I haven't tried them, butthe Mediterranean food section is definitely lacking. The pieces of meat I got were either overcooked or undercooked. Thetexture of the meat and chicken felt like it was chewed and made for granny without her dentures to eat. The service providedwas fine but the food wasn't, especially for the cost of it. $40 for 4 skewers is bogus. That's basically $10 a skewer. A skewerhas about 4-5 pieces of tiny pieces of chicken/meat, for those not familiar with skewers, meaning its $2 for a tiny piece ofchicken/meat; I digress. Again, money wouldn't be an issue if the food was good. I'm sure other items on the menu are delicious,but if you are looking for Mediterranean food, plenty of spots in East Dearborn that taste substantially better and cost morethan 50% less of the price you'll find here, with bigger portion sizes. First time there after looking at some reviews and we decided to order lamb chops and steak with mashed potato, the service was... great and the food was tasty, when the food came in they were out of gravy for the mashed potato so they made it up for us withanother request of lentil soup on the house. This is an awesome place that deserves a lot more customers and local recognition! We had a pleasant experience of using an... online menu, ordering by the entry as opposed to having waiters come to our table and paying beforehand which made theexperience easier for us not having to think of calling for a waiter for the bill and the waiter not having to come by too manytimes. The food was great! Although at first I was served rice instead of grilled vegetables, but life happens, people forget -they had no problem taking away the plate and bringing me what I ordered. First time here when they actually had a butcher.. Before you even step into this let me give you an honest review. This place... is over priced, same quality as your typical Texas roadhouse. They serve you like your at a cafeteria with littleservice. Drinks are mediocre, everything is bottled or can yet they're offering lemonade as juice($3) but it's minute maid andthey charge you more when it could made fresh. The salad was not fresh and the grilled vegetables was burnt Their is only 2cuts of steak and it's $40 for a 12 oz! Portion of steak isn't what you think either it's a skimpy flat steak The fries arecold and the CBR (chicken bacon ranch) has no ranch but truckload of nacho cheese instead. Waited 20 mins and don't even geteverything I ordered. Overall my first time experience was terrible. Not worth coming back for at all. Read more
I saw someone else do a review of the honey butter chicken burger and it looked AMAZING. I had to try it. It was pretty good,... but the chicken patty was a bit too thin and tough for my liking. It was seasoned well and the fries were good though. I will goback and try some of the other menu items to see if maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Other people's food that I saw lookedreally good. So I'll give them another try. Read more
