Zero stars for this Tim Horton's location had to give 1 just to post. Absolutely the worst & much sympathy to the owner. ... People sit in line at the drive thru and don't even get customer service as the workers decide if and when they want to take anorder open/close. You sit at the drive thru speaker when no one is even working as they don't post a sign if they are closed. Does anyone even know the hours at this location on line read closes at 7 pm can't even get service before noon most times. Won't ever never go to this location again. Highly recommend the Tim Horton's on Michigan Ave., next to Fords Garage as thestaff take care of all at the drive thru & inside with bright smiles as well. Read more

I usually don?t write reviews but today I have to complement your hard worker that was working all alone this morning. When I... pulled up to place my order he said they only have donuts and coffee I placed my order for my kids and pulled forward to thewindow he was grabbing my items when I asked if he was working alone he said yes, I thanked him and said we appreciate him. Ibelieve his name tagged said Grant. I?m sure he is getting paid his regular wage while working the load of at least four people.I just wanted to let you know that you have an amazing team member! I went thru the drive through. The got both sandwiches wrong. Both hot coffees were wrong and one was cold. I was thinking was... maybe the donuts will be good. They tasted old and dry. I will not be coming to this Tim Hortons again. Read more
