Ordered the Bahama mama, not as flavourful as usual, seemed like a lot of ice. Not too crowded but was quite busy. Many... doordash and app orders. While many of us as consumers are aware many businesses are understaffed, be careful using that as anexcuse for someone's order not being correct, simply apologize and correct the order... perhaps offer chips/ cookie etc. Manyof us are still trying to patronize businesses even with shortage of products, shortage of staff and very limited on thecustomer service. Take a few additional seconds to double check orders before you consider them complete... believe me, we ascustomers/ consumers would appreciate that more than spending our money and not getting what we requested! Very poor customer service at this location. One of the young ladies locked the door at 6:40pm to prevent more customers from... entering? This location closes at 9pm. One of the other customers had to unlock and open the door to let additional customersin. Definitely would not recommend this location. Read more
I ordered my order 15 minutes before getting there. My order was not ready. The girl that has long hair was sitting with... customers chatting. The guys in the back were just standing there. They usually have good staff but the ones that are workingMonday afternoon are terrible especially that girl. If you have cameras please watch her. I left and she went back to sit withthe customers/friends on the table. They were out of strawberries. They could have called to see what I would like to substitutewith. I almost never write reviews, but today I was eating a wrap from this location. Took my first bite and pulled a LONG black hair... out of my mouth. Spit the food out. In the pile I spit out, another hair. I unfolded my sandwich to look at it, AND FOUNDANOTHER HAIR. I am so upset and feel sick while writing this. With the amount of hair in my food, it almost felt like it wasintentionally incorporated. Read more
