Our family has been eating at this restaurant for more than 30 years. It has changed slightly over the years, but always very... good food. The ribs, chicken, and shrimp are delicious and the best items on the menu, along with the cole slaw and french onionsoup. If you're lucky enough to get Mendo as your waiter, you will have great service too. Getting a bit pricey though! Read more
My husband and I went early in the afternoon.. our server was very attentive. I started with French onion soup which was tasty... my husband ordered a house salad which was a huge disappointment it was lettuce cherry tomatoes and croutons only and he doesn?tlike tomatoes lol. Stopped in for the first time last weekend. We were NOT disappointed. The ribs were tender, the mac and cheese was great (even... though it was like molten hot lava and scalded my mouth because I have zero patience and can't let things cool off first) andthe garlic bread was on point!
