Horrible service. I always come here , food is great. But if u walk in and ur server is Stephanie.. just walk out. My table of 5... had to ask her multiple times about everything. Came with drinks one by one. Had to remind her of our FOOD orders multipletimes. Waited about 45 min for the bill bc she would come back and forth. Was there for over 2 hours. Just horrible Read more

Oh my god. I?m utterly disgusted. yes the food was good but the staff was very unprofessional. I look to my left and boom A... staff member staring directly at me. Then straight ahead of me there was another staff member also staring at me. I thought itwas a coincidence but then they stayed like that in the same spot watching me for the whole hour I was there. Definitely never coming back. The staff is super sweet but the bartender was not it. Ordered these three drinks and two out of... three were not full. Now I can get over the one that?s not completely to the top but I will not excuse the one that was onlyfilled half way. I paid full price and I expect a full cup but that was not the case. I went back to ask why they only filled ithalf way and the bartender said it was because they ran out of alcohol. They had told me maybe it was possible to fill it upwith something else but the bartender said no because it was a 6oz and they couldn?t add anything else. I couldn?t exchange iteither because the bartender would be checking out. I got there an hour before closing and it took almost 30 minutes to make thedrinks. This was my first time at Applebee's and I was pleasantly surprised. The food we ordered was great and the staff kept checking... up on us and cleaning our tables. I recommend the bourbon shrimp. I doubled up on the shrimp instead of chicken. Read more
They have plenty of parking for customers. Customer service was ok. The food was ok, but the restaurant was not the cleanest.... They did not have any hand soap nor toilet paper in the restroom. I had to wash my hands with sanitizer and water. The booth wewere sat next to had a ton of dead bugs in the window sill. Overall it was not a pleasant experience for me. Read more
