The two women on staff were doing an immaculate job for the conditions they were being forced to work in. Took about 30 mins to... get through the drive through because the owner is to cheap to pay employees a liveable wage so they were severelyunderstaffed. On top of that the exterior of the place was in shambles and these poor women were being forced to work in theheated box of a "restaurant" with no air conditioning in 80 degree weather. Read more
The place is In Human I was there Friday August 26, 830 pm .I waited 10 minutes when I was at the speaker.. the woman is Beyond... rude,She is a Racist!!!! This review is strictly related to our experience with the staff member, Mel on 7/19/22. As is a rarity these days in fast food... drive through , Mel was superb. We had a large order with modifications as well as separate transactions. She was friendly,polite, helpful and just truly a breath of fresh air. In addition, our order was correct and she even included sauces andnapkins without us asking. Overall a pleasant experience. Mel, thank you for being kind!!!!! DON'T SPEND your money here it's a big waste. So disappointed in this franchise's decision to get the cheapest, smallest size... pattie, lowest grade possible. The food could be good but the Service is terrible! I ordered two large fries which are three dollars each and they only gave me... one. I had to honk and knock on the window for anyone to even acknowledge me in the drive-through and when they finally did andI asked for my three dollar fry they handed it out the window to me without even a bag. Just a bouquet of french fries that wereLuke warm. Got home and the burgers are so cold the cheese won?t even melt. Definitely not good service at this place. Read more
