Its my first time ordering from Golden Edge. I have seen coworkers order this pizza for themselves or work related events. I... was very surprised at the quality of the pizza for the price. This lizza was very good, some of the best in the area. The onlineordering was easy and my pizza was ready on time. The online ordering cost about a $1more per item, but im not complaining. It?s rare to find decent customer service nowadays. I had my sleeping baby in the car and it was pouring rain outside. Food is great the pizza is one of the best you gotta work on your customer service at least keep on guy at the front to keep... welcoming the customers, everytime i go there i have to wait about 5 mins just to have someone to talk to, one of the employeeskeep having the phone between his hands even when he's talking to you(at least make an eye contact with your customers when youare talking to them) One more thing for the owner there is no need to reply for the 5 stars review since it's a compliment andyour customer is kind of satisfied and the reply won't improve you, spend some time in replying at all the 1 star reviews(don'tskip them) and try to address every issue your customer have (if you are looking for and implement you have to make sure thatevery customer walks to your place MUST be satisfied Read more
