The worst restaurant, I will never go back there again The chicken are not cooked. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I... called the manager and I asked him about the food problem and he did not believe me about what I said. I tried to explain to himand he shut the phone on my face and this is not right to handle business like this. I paid for my food to be correct. This isnot the first time this happened. Me and my dad ordered from this nasty place. The chicken was raw and we never got what we ordered. I do not recommend this place... unless you want to waste your money. We tried asking about the problem and the manager himself shut the phone on my face.Horrible experience in general. Read more

It?s sad, they used to have wonderful food. Now, very mediocre quality and terribly overpriced. The chicken is very dry, the... sandwiches are really bad and have a lot of fat for the meat shawarma and the chicken is just stuffed with garlic. The entreesare really bad quality and super expensive. The rice is crunchy and not soft. The wait time is really bad, the employees aregetting worse and worse by the day, and management just doesn?t seem to care. It's an Ok place to eat. Mediterranean style diner but overpriced. Expect a decent wait for the food, especially with current... I was in Hamido Deaborn Heights last night. We ordered combination palate that has kabob, chicken and meat. First, the meat... smells goat. Immediately, I had a stomach upset and went to the bathroom. Then, when I received the bill, they added $9 for anitem that I did not order. I went to the owner and asked why he added the $9, He said that that was a tip. Always, there is aspace for the tip but he added it as an item. I asked him to remove it and I will add the tip my self. He refused. Then, hespoke to me in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. I told him that you can not impose the amount of tip on me. I decidethe tip, and I will give more tip than what you imposed on me. That was a principle matter for me. He threatened me that sayingthat "you have to pay otherwise, no good will happen to you." The conversation did not end as I expected as a customer to berespected and well accommodate my polite requests. It was the worse experience I ever had in my entire life.
