Very rude on the phone place my order said 25 min for delivery. Called to see statues they answered the phone talking so fast... saying it is on its way. Thought I called the wrong place normally you answer the phone letting person know whom they aretalking to and name of company. Called back because it has been over an hr I asked where is my order said 25 min to delivery wasrude saying it takes an hr. Took 1 hr and 20 min to get order. I order from this place all the time and normally don't have any issues- staff is friendly, food is good, etc. However my most... recent order took about an hour to be delivered (which is fine) and I did not receive my entire order (bread was missing, oneitem.) I called the store and was offered a refund or for them to deliver the rest of the order. I chose to have the restdelivered and it took them another full hour to deliver the rest of the order which should not have been the case as it was oneitem and the store is close by. I also felt that I should have been told that it would take another hour to be delivered at thevery least. As I've said earlier this location is usually great but the situation this past order should have been handledbetter. Read more
The Pizza is always great, but ordered ribs for the first time and was very disappointed. The ribs were tender, but not enough... sauce and sauce was bland. They just looked unappetizing. Read more
