I'm sure the food is fine. I'm a regular little caesers customer who orders butter n parm on all my pizzas. Been ordering from... different locations all over metro Detroit for quite some time. This is the ONLY location I came across that charges 2.00 forbutter n parm. Ridiculous. N I mean all other locations charge about 1.25. So be ready! 2 hot n readies with butter n parm acrisp 20. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Not only was the customer service bad, but the food was TERRIBLE! As you can see... there is not one evenly cut slice. Additionally, I asked for parmesan cheese on top and got more in the box than I did on thepizza. This experience is the reason I will take my business somewhere else. Read more
Basic. Burnt my pizza. Bread sticks were less than average. Pizza portal made it fast and painless till i looked at the food.
Horrible service! Order through the app ahead of time. Get my pickup code saying it?s ready. Go inside and nothing is ready. Not... even made. So me planning ahead was useless because I still had to sit and wait another 15 minutes for the order. All theyoffered me was a crazy bread or 2-liter. Ridiculous!!! Hate this place. Don't rely on Google or anything they have posted for hours. Don't make the mistake I did - actually call and speak to someone... to make sure they are open. 5 times I've been up there and it's been closed when it was supposed to be open. Everything isusually made really well and consistently, it's the cutting and whoever puts it in the box that screws it up - particularly whenit comes to the deep dish pizzas. The box is almost always closed down into the pizza itself, and it very much ruins thedeliciousness that should be the crust. Read more
