I frequent this location and they?re usually very accurate and friendly. Today that was not the case. I ordered a breakfast... value meal with an orange juice. I was given the wrong sandwich and no hash brown with my orange juice. There was only 1 carbehind me so I tried to call twice with no answer. I?m 9 months pregnant and borderline gestational diabetic, it was a latemorning but I knew I needed to eat on the way to a specialist appointment and now I won?t get to eat till who knows when.Missing that sweet woman that usually works the first window. I don?t go to fast food places often, but this McDonalds rocks. Food, timing, and service was great. I gave 4 stars instead of 5... due to the fries being slightly over cooked. Read more
I go out of my way to go to this location over the one that's closer to my house (which is the one on Michigan Ave and Gully Rd... because that one is terrible and always out of everything and most of the staff there is super rude and there's always a reallylong line that they take their sweet time helping). So I go to this location, despite the fact that there's construction onTelegraph and it's further away. They always get my order right. They always have my Caramel Frappe (which is the main reasonwhy I go). I'd give 5 stars if they stop making me pull up to park and wait for them (because why is that necessary if I'm onlygetting drinks). And work on not handing customers drinks that are dripping and messy! Nobody wants to put sticky, overflowingdrinks in their cup holders! Other than that, no complaints. Worst place to eat!!! My Bun on my Big Mac was completely soaked. It was almost like they did it on purpose and the bottom half... of the sandwich was freezing cold. This is the chicken sandwich they sent for my niece. Cremated on the outside, pink on the inside. Forgot her fries and a... McChicken. I would?ve given zero stars if possible. Absolutely atrocious. Read more
Only reason why I?m giving this place 2 stars is because I?ve never had an issue before and my boyfriend and I frequent this... location because it?s directly next to his house. the woman who resolved the issue was sweet and timely. The worker at the drivethru basically ignored us until people were yelling from behind us to pull forward. The second we did she cashed the peoplebehind us out, after letting us sit there for 10-15 minutes. The pick up window cashed us out and gave us our meal, but thatgirl rubbed me the wrong way because she basically ignored us and would not look at us.
