Prices too high for subpar food. As a person whose willing to pay a decent dollar for good food I will never understand Panera.... How do you charge over $10 for Mac that you warm up and don?t cook in the kitchen. It makes little sense to me. Read more

I am shocked about the low standards of this location. I have given this Panera several tries before coming to my conclusion. I... ordered my coffee and added almond milk, and the milk was curdled. When I asked for a replacement, the employee didn'tacknowledge the problem, just dumped my cup and gave me a new one. They did not replace the bad almond milk and didn't addressme or look me in the eye. I finished my coffee and used the men's room. The urinal was caked in urine, as if it hadn't beencleaned in months. I informed the manager, and brushed it off saying thanks, we'll take care of it, without acknowledging it wasa problem. It felt like a locker room. Two weeks later, it was still dirty as if nobody had touched it. I've never had anexperience like this at any other Panera. Avoid. Read more

Vegetarian sandwich options are slim. They stopped making the mozzarella and tomato sandwich ????. Soups are still amazing.... Creamy Tomato and the Squash soups are two solid options. Squash is seasonal so don?t wait long to try it out. Read more

Ordered through delivery, order arrived missing a whole sandwich! Called ... they offered money back or redeliver with... complimentary items, had it redelivered, waited 30 more minutes...order arrived and complimentary items was NOT in the bag whenmy order came.???? Called, offered an apology and was told to come in and ask for Bob,... well Bob sorry I can't come in, I'min a meeting which is why I ordered Delivery. ???? All in all this wasn't a good experience for me. I will not use delivery forthis location, I will not recommend delivery for this location. ?Note to Staff & Management: DO BETTER- Just make sure yourorders are correct! It's not difficult to do. My first experience with this location was last week when we decided to place a curbside pickup order. We arrived ten minutes... after I received the email that our food was ready. I parked, and checked in by email, the app, and by text. We waited outsidefor ten minutes. I finally walked in to find the place basically empty, my food sitting on the counter, and employees standingaround. When I asked what was going on with curbside, the girl told me if it happened again to call.???? Last night we triedagain. We placed an in store pick up online. 30 minutes later my bf arrived only to find out that our food was not ready yet andhe waited. He came back and stated that the place wasn't busy, but very unorganized. We understand a lot of places areunderstaffed, which is why we give ample time, and wait for correspondence that our food is ready for pick up. We have sincemoved on to other efficient businesses for carryout nights. Read more

I am not exactly one to write reviews , especially bad ones but this experience was kind of upsetting. I will say that the... orders were timely and everyone was somewhat polite. However, the bagel i ordered to go was not assembled and rather thrown inthe bag with a pack of cream cheese, which i felt was weird considering to go is implying that we don?t have to sit down andmake it which was the case here. Furthermore one of the drinks was not made and i had to wait extra time just for it, and my owndrink was not even really full, which was just kind of odd to see, especially for a four dollar drink. Nothing really wrong withthe people, and they were pretty busy but the experience was weird, especially when i was in a rush. Read more

I ordered from the panera app and I haven?t even opened the bag. I asked for no ice as you see on receipt, they still added it.... My smoothie is supposed to be one size, however, it always says on bag 16oz but it seemed very small for the cost. I?ve neverliked this location. Due to my baby and I stuck at home with Covid, I can?t leave the house. I would?ve appreciated them to atleast get the little things right. SMH, this why in person will forever be better. They charge too much for online services tonot even complete things correctly. Also, speaking with the manager Bob, he claims he was talking to me in a respectful mannerbut was very rude. I will be speaking to someone in cooperate. Read more

I picked 2! Fresh and friendly staff. This location was clean and lots of places to sit comfortably.
