Went to this Ram's Horn because you can count on them to be open late. It was clean. Not a lot of people there. Food was good.... Service was a bit disappointing. My friend got soup and I asked the server if they had hot chocolate. She didn't know and wentto check. She affirmed that they had it so I ordered some. 20 minutes later, it never arrived. When I reminded her, she finallygot it. We were literally her only table. I don't like complaining about service at restaurants. I know it's a hard job and theindustry has been struggling in general. New waitress just let the computer decide what I was gonna eat without telling me about the substitute and didn't even get my... order right (a tuna melt) when she wrote it down. Every one else at my table was satisfied but I was left with no food. Thanks. Read more
Waitress Lori could have been more clean in appearance. She served me coffee that had lemon seeds in bottom of cup that I... noticed afterwards. I showed them to her and she responded, ?I?m sorry they must have fallen off my hands when I poured yourcoffee .? I was grossed out and couldn?t enjoy my breakfast. In lieu of Covid I can?t believe employees are not washing handsand practicing cleanliness while handling food and beverages. I contacted headquarters and left a message for call back. Themanagement was not in but I spoke to person in charge on duty, she too appeared to be grossed out at what waitress told me. Candidly, Rams Horn restaurants are my favorite family restaurant of the past 50 years. This location is on the East side of... Telegraph Road just N. Of 1-94. The service is always excellent here! They have your basic menu, as well as a whiteboard ofspecials! There?s something here for the whole family! Highly recommend it! Read more

They're fairly priced. They give very large portions. The wait staff was very kind and attentive. The restaurant was clean and... felt very welcoming. I ordered bbq chicken potatoe skins. The picture is what was left over after I ate 2 of them. I believethey use open pit bbq sauce, which isn't my favorite. But my meal was still delicious. My son ordered the warm pretzel sticks.He got an order of 6. They came with warm cheese and salt. Overall, this is a great rams horn. Read more
