It took at least 30 minutes to get 1 drink people that stood in line after me had a bigger order received there things before... me. Plus they got my 1 one thing wrong didn't complain about it because it would of took another 30 minutes to make it anddidn't want to be late to work. The lobby was dirty. I go to this location often and never had an issues until tonight. I ordered a grande Hot Chai Tea Latte with almond milk and 2... pumps of brown sugar at 180 degrees. Tonight my mistake was not tasting before I drove off. Got home took a sip and it was notwhat I ordered it was A Dirty Chai Tea Latte ie with espresso????I called the store to let them know of the error and ask if Ican come back tomorrow to get what I actually ordered(yes I checked my app to make sure espresso was not on my receipt which itwas not) I called several times no one answered phone just rang and then the big busy signal. I would like for the error to becorrected and I am able to pick up a replacement chai tea latte tomorrow. Read more

I went here on my birthday and told the barista, Morgan, it was my birthday like 5 times and she didn?t say happy birthday once... lmao. Otherwise, everyone here is nice just night crew is tired!! My good friend ?DEAN TATE? went to order some food from this specific ?STARBUCKS? and specifically asked for NO EGG NO CHEESE on... the sandwich specifically because she?s Vegan, and was given it with GUESS WHAT EGGS AND CHEESE. Then further into this trainwreck of a customer service attempt, was asked ?you know it comes with eggs and cheese? YES OBVIOUSLY I KNOW THIS. Being ?DEANTATE? in all that?s why she asked for it without egg and cheese!!! What if my good friend was allergic to what you gave her andtrusted you and ate this food! Would you have cared?! Before 9:00AM it seems like they only do drive through. After 9:00AM, you can go in. Cars get served faster though, so if you're... in a hurry, the drive through might still be faster. Good service though. Good coffee. Read more
These days with the low staff pandemic issue going on, I don?t care if the employees are RUDE anymore because all I want is my... coffee. The worst part is that my coffee is never done right here. What?s the problem? And how come that ANY other Starbuckslocation do it right. I always wait forever in the longest line and NO I do NOT wanna come back to exchange my coffee. My timeis valuable. Each month, there?s something new for this location to improve. Now, the mobile app says the orders will be ready in 5-7 minutes... yet when I arrive I wait literally twenty to twenty five minutes for my order to finish. My order was supposed to be ready at2:42. It?s currently 3:03 and it?s still not ready and they?re working on tickets that were ordered for 2:26. Are you freakingkidding me? This has been the case every time I come here for the past week. All the customers are upset and they still haven?tfixed their system. The manager is mopping instead of helping with the drinks. It?s ridiculous. There are at least 25 peoplewaiting for their orders.
