If I could give zero ; I would for sure! My card was used fraudulently at this location. I am not from MI!! I tried making... contact no lie over 30 times through out the last several days no one ever picks up the phone. Is this a scam of some sorts? Isaw another review similar experience. Wrote to corporate and no response. I deleted this account and will never associatemyself with Subway. They have no regard to customer service. I cancelled my card immediately as I get notified immediately ontransactions. The police have been notified as I want to know who came in and picked up the order?? Very poor customer service!! Every time I go in they have some stupid customer asking for the moon and getting upset when they don?t get it. Despite this... they are always so friendly and sweet. The store is absolutely spotless and they make an accurate sandwich quickly with a smileon their faces. Read more
I was starving and really didn?t want to eat junk food. Came here ordered a foot-long meal deal and it was wonderful. Subway is... almost always great since they make your sandwich to order. The people here did it fast and efficiently without being rude ordistasteful. The place was clean, well-kept, and everything was fresh. Now I don't make the sandwiches and everything is done behind the counter. All q customer dies is pay for their food and take... the wrapped food home. Issue 1 for me was I had to tell the owner to put gloves on when making my soup???? then I find a eyelashin my sandwich soon as I opened my wrapped sandwich up???????? even more yuck. I wish these restaurants make a rule NO EYELASHESat work. This is nasty and I shouldn't have to seen this?? This been on somebody eyes that secretes tears, bodily fluids. Likeyuck. Ok...food was fresh in the metal viewing bin. Employees (the Indian man) was eating and had white crumbs ALL over his face while... ringing us up. He was very dismissive, and had a nasty attitude. No eye contact, not even as much as hi. Just rude. I asked fornapkins, he pointed to napkin dispenser. Sir, your going to bring your business down with that attitude.
