Yeah it was fine. The food is pretty good, atmosphere is like "what if you could visit a jail for fun," service is hit-or-miss.... Sometimes you get service that's great and your order is out in maybe 2 minutes, other times you end up stuck in line for 20minutes at a time and the other 20 waiting for the food to actually come out. Just depends on the crew, really. They'rethankfully pinpoint accurate on special orders: asking for burgers with no x or y always comes out right. Gets high marks in mybook. Read more
No drinks, no chicken, no salads, no baked potatoes.. only thing the girl said she was making was single burgers and fries. She... also said she was taking orders and making them as she was the only one there. The shift before her had nothing prepped and thetruck never came in apparently. This was at 5pm on a Sunday. Where is the GM ? Team Lead? Shift Supervisor? Just close at thispoint. Got this girl running the whole Wendy's with no help and no inventory. Smh this location needs to get it together. Read more
Fries were hard and cold. Burgers were extremely sloppy. Forgot our nuggets and had to go back and wait in drive thru line to... to the lobby being closed. Staff was friendly tho but everything else was a major disappointment. Then I got diarrhea later inthe evening. ???????????? Read more
This Wendy?s is TERRIBLE. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that has consistently cold and hard food? even after they... make you pull up and wait 15+ mins for it, it is still of poor quality. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.. If you arereading this, do not go, trust me, your experience will be horrible as well. Read more
Stopping on the way to work, I ordered for the first time in a very long while the Pretzel Bacon Club Cheeseburger meal. It... turned out as one of the best sandwiches that I've had from any establishment in years. Checkers is comparable but not thesame. I prefer this hamburger over the other fast food hamburger offerings out there. Barring the "construction malfunction"on Telegraph Rd at this time, the close proximity to I94 makes this a very convenient location. The food overall was very good. I would easily recommend this Wendy's. Read more
Sept 2022: There is currently construction on Telegraph Rd and even in the parking lot to the drive thru (likely a utility... access). Yet the restaurant and drive thru are still fully functional. The food was better than most other fast food andactually quite good. I had the pretzel bun bacon cheeseburger. It's a very good sandwich and I will probably be back for more. Read more
This location much like others is struggling with staffing issues. The cashier was friendly. She did a good job at multitasking.... The food was fresh. The 3 stars are primarily for the cleanliness of the restaurant. If you can't keep the dining room clean andstocked with napkins/condiments, then close the dining room. The tables were dirty from other people eating. The floor wasgreasy. Read more
Lady Cashier was nice. Every time I come here they have me pull up and wait. The worker took a smoke break and stood next to my... car window and blew his smoke in my car. They asked if I wanted onion in my chili and this is what I got. Read more
