Ordered the special offer #9 (20 sliders & 4 fries) price on the menu is $24.29. Total came out to $29.99 and when I asked the... drive thru worker he said "It's taxes bro". After pulling up to the window and explaining to him that taxes can't be $5 sinceit's only 6%. He then proceeded to take other orders, 5mins later the manager asked me in a rude way if I still want my order. Iasked her why is it $30 when it should be around $25, her answer was " because you want different flavor cheese on the sliderand that added the total price $5 just for different flavor cheese. I was NOT Informed that choosing a different cheese willincrease the price. Read more
I would give them a five-star rating if they would be more consistent. The better English the person you are ordering through... the driving through, the better the experience. Once in awhile they do get the order order wrong but it's not too too bad so wedo keep going back. Read more
I arrived to get breakfast on my way to work and waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. I was the only person in line and... no one serviced me. So I called the store to see if they were open and no one answered the phone. As I was pulling off a ladycame to the drive thru to tell me to wait longer because they were cleaning the shake machine. So I then was made to wait 5 moreminutes before I was able to place an order. Finally placing an order and arriving to the window to pay for my order, a guyopened the window and stuck his hand out for payment without telling me the amount or greeting me. He took my payment, gave me areceipt and closed the drive thru window. I then waited another even longer for my order. The same guy opened the drive thruwindow and stuck the bag out the window with no comment, greeting or thank you. Just terrible! This occurred on 8.29.2022 from5:09 am to 5:34 am. Read more
First time trying a White Castle. Being from Houston, the only way I had it before was from the freezer section at the grocery... store. They tasted exactly the same. Other than that, it is just a fast food joint. Read more

Busy. The staff did what they could to keep things running smoothly. I had a large order I placed online, there was no clear way... to pick it up. I even prepaid for it. There were just some really slow customers. Then some uber eats guy comes in and cuts tothe front and tries to take my order. I eventually get my order, but it was missing an order of fries.
