Gave me all drums forgot fry seasoning
Whoever owns this restaurant needs to get it in order ,,your employees are disrespectful, and rude ,,the last incident I had... was about a week ago with your manager named Maya or Mia I just had an incident today with your manager and She told me she hada problem with my speaking because I was wearing a mask. Mind you a mask that was protecting myself and my family. I will nevercome back to this wingstop, I'll stay with the people that treat you with dignity and respect ,and they aren't the color of thepeople that you have working in your store ,unfortunately, and I'm black myself.PERIOD!!!! I will be filing a complaint withcorporate, with the Michigan Attorney General's office, and with the Better Business Bureau. Read more
Great to have a Wing Stop in Dearborn Heights. The food is hot and ready when picked up.
Look, we all understand that this is a franchise and all. But when you know the majority of the community that lives in this... area eats halal, why would you even consider opening a location here and not have halal food? Completely ridiculous and foolishin my opinion. You knew the population factors and the needs of this community yet; I called and the lady on the phone expressesto me that they?re ?working on it? when I ask her about the halal options. Giving a one star due to how unready this businessowner was in opening a location here with all known factors included. Read more
How is the service this bad and they JUST opened?! Will not be returning. Rude manager, forgot part of my order and when I... called to address it she hung up on me and the food was cold! Go figure! Doesn't take much to make chicken and fries and put itin a bag. They don't even deserve 1 star. Read more
Is the chicken you use for the chicken wings halal or not?
Food was good but me and my fiance got really really sick the next day and still are sick.... also when you set an scheduled... order I think it should be done around the time of the pick up not way before. Our food was very cold and the boneless was dryand the corn was very dry. And the ladies in the restaurant were very nice. And the place did look very clean being that it'snew. Read more
Placed an order online and paid for it to be deliver and added a tip as well. When order arrived part of my order was missing.... Had to go get the part of my order that was missing, when I arrived I mentioned that I was there to pick up the rest of myorder, before the employee handed over the bad, he questioned me on what was in the bag. Seriously? Why am I getting questionedafter I called to tell them that I would get the rest of my order. Completely, ridiculous! To make matter worse I didn't evenget an apology from the employees for their mistake. Not only did I miss half of my order I ended up losing money for paying adelivery fee and tip, I had to drive to pick up my order instead. Read more
