I just went to dairy Queen to get me a small Blizzard and I had a coupon for $0.99 for a second blizzard was told comes up to $8... and some odd cents then they said well after we take the coupon off it'll be less well they took the coupon off and it was 549for a small Blizzard. Really people for a small Blizzard it's almost $6 so I told him to keep their blizzard and I will never beback because I can buy a gallon of cookie ice cream for $6. And the manager born gentleman was rude and could hardly understandhis English so I will never go back there again. Read more
Yesterday I attempted to order the cheeseburger meal deal but was told they were not doing that right now, even though it is... displayed on the menu. I was told I could order the #9 or #11 instead and purchase the ice cream separately. The owner saidthey may offer the meal deal again next week but not now. This was very poor customer service. If I would have had enough timeleft on my lunch break I would?ve gone elsewhere. This establishment has been well supported by the community, however the ownerseems to be unappreciative and wants to nickel and dime his patrons. Read more
I purchased a combo meal that came with bacon. When I got home I noticed the sandwich had no bacon that was visible, so I opened... it up and there was one piece of bacon that was maybe a half of an inch. I did pay extra for the sandwich with bacon. I calledthe restaurant and the manager I spoke with wanted me to bring the sandwich back and give it to her so she could take it andshow her employees. With Covid-19 and other various contractable illnesses, I thought it was odd and unsanitary to ask me tobring back a sandwich to put into her kitchen to ?show? employees. I stated that I was already home and didn?t want to come backand she was fine with not doing anything to rectify the situation. We have given this Dairy Queen so many chances. Their customer service is THE worst. They skimp on the ice cream & toppings... every single time. This time I ordered a medium sundae & they put the wrong nuts on it. I asked if I could have it with theother nuts. They tried to just put some on top of the wrong nuts. I asked that they please make it again. She came back with anew one but made it small when I had ordered a medium. She takes it back, takes the nuts & whipped cream off that I paid extrafor & added some vanilla ice cream on top?still in the small cup. This is the last time we will be back. I?ll drive the extradistance to the Sanford Dairy Queen. Read more
Ice cream was good but the hotdogs was dried out, bun was stale, and the chili was dried out and burnt. Not a great experience... ???? Read more
Honestly it was a typical hot florida day and they handed us our ice cream and drinks first and then waited another 5-10 minutes... for our food. By then our blizzards were already half melted. But my soupy blizzard still tasted good and so did our food. Read more

We visited this Dairy Queen to celebrate my youngest child's first time achieving Honor Roll. We are so proud of her and cannot... wait to watch her achieve many more things in life. Anyway, there was a short wait to be served and a little bit of a wait forour order to be brought to us. One of our treats dripped when flipped, but we were fine with it; however, that's why we gave 3stars for food. It was clean inside and outside; is in a good location; and was roomy inside. From outside it didn't look likeit would be so big. We will be visiting again. Read more
