I'm local in Sanford, so I thought I would try this place since they had a $6.99 Burger special on Monday. Smaller than the... pictures show, but cozy, with friendly people. Definitely a local hangout. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer and a shot, butthey did not carry liquor which is not odd or a problem, just pointing it out. Ordered the Burger, Medium Rare, and it came outmedium, not a huge issue for me. Added fries and they were krinkle kut which is always a bonus. Burger wasn't bad, seasonedwell, so I could forgive the over cooking (again, not really a issue). Best part was the Bartender, she was attentive, superfriendly, and super cute (always a plus ????). Last thing - there Golden Tee didn't accept Credit cards. I play a lot and if ithad, would have stayed for a few more beers. This is a great little neighborhood pub. The food was excellent. I had the patty melt and my husband had the buffalo chicken... wrap. Both were delicious and the thin crinkle cut fries were the perfect level of crispy and seasoned. Chef's kiss! ???? Wehappened to go on a Football Sunday and it was very busy with a loud, boisterous crowd of fans. Even so our service was quickfriendly and efficient. Don?t let the unassuming frontage fool you. This place is a great local eatery and beer & wine bar. The food was great and the... draft beer was cold. What really impressed me was the staff. One waitress worked the bar and entire room, and she wasphenomenal! She was very attentive to ALL customers. She knew the locals and had their drinks in front of them before theycould ask. Service is always good. Food is very good. I have had a few things on the menu, but I have a difficult time choosing anything... other than the Fish N Chips. It is a flaky white fish fried to perfection and served with fries and tarter sauce. I usually getit with tater tots tho. It?s the stuff cravings are made out of. Went here cause I heard that they had the best wings around, ordered 10?wings and fries , the foods came out fast and was hot,... when wings had a good flavor, I would go back for some wings again. The picture I have posted is from what my child ordered ,she like also liked it. Read more
