How can you operate a restaurant known for its roast beef, without roast beef? I came through Wednesday. This location was out... of roast beef, curly fries, mozzarella sticks, and ice cream. Not much left on the menu without these items. After the girlinformed me they were out of these products that was that. She didn't say what they did have. It was like she knew if she saidthey were out of enough I wouldn't want anything. Then they wouldn't be bothered. Service is usually much better. Read more
We have not been to Arby's in a little while, so we thought we would give it a try for lunch. The food was okay - had the swiss... french dip, and curly fries. The problem was the cleanliness of the place. There were supply boxes sitting on the counter thatwe had to order "around". the counter looks pretty beat up. The floor by the soda machine was actually sticky and most of thetables were dirty. There were not too many employees, so we assume that they are a little short handed. With all of the placesin the area to have lunch and the new places that keep popping up, I am not sure that we'll go back anyway soon. Read more

Had a 2 for 4$ classic roast beef coupon ordered a gyro and crinkle fries paid 10$ and two cent. Got no gyro curly fries after... working all day I had to cook myself something. Won't be back. Read more
Dining room closed. Must not be due to covid because employees were not wearing masks. Manager came out to harrass me for taking... pictures while his drive through was wrapped around the building and threatened retaliation against my company because i was ina work truck. There were at least 15 cars in drive through. Read more
Food was good. Didn't smell like a horse as the one in Muscle Shoals sometimes does. Clean dining area. Pleasant staff. My... sandwich was a regular, had lots of meat - I gave half of the meat to another in my party. When I'm next in the mood forArby's, I'll certainly head to Decatur instead of The Shoals! Read more
