My son and I usually order from here 2-3 times a week for our lunch break, we absolutely love this place but the last few times... we have been it honestly was disappointing, I got the buffalo bar pizza it's my favorite (I order it every time) it was soggy inthe middle the cheese wasn't melted at all and it looked like it only had a few pieces of the cut up boneless wings on it, itwas a disaster. AJ has been our server for my fiancé and I several times at the Decatur location over the last couple of years that we have... lived here. He is always so kind and I’d say one of the best waiters we have ever had. We have noticed that when they areshort staffed he works extra hard and still provides excellent service! Read more

13 ppl in the restaurant including my wife and I . Our order was brought out incorrectly twice. We asked to speak with the... manager. When approached by the manager we voiced our experience and she said well unless you are specific about what you wantit won’t be rung into the computer correctly. We understand this as an oversight or a mistake but incorrect for a second timethere isn’t an excuse! The waitress argued with us on this issue ( rude ) not to mention somewhat pitching the ticket on thetable without saying a word! Negative experience!! We were greeted and given a seat within a few minutes of entering. Our server was on point from taking our order to asking if we... needed anything. We went to BWW this evening. It was crowded and loud. Not saying anything negative just be prepared with the noise. It was fun... though. There was a table of people that was literally standing up and singing at times. I ordered a burger and my husband gotthe traditional wings. He said his was delicious. My burger however was over cooked and didn't have much flavor. I will honestlyorder wings the next time instead of the burger. Overall good experience and the waitresses was very nice. Read more
