Stopped in for a quick bite..service was prompt. I had a salad, the boneless wings and fries and mini molten cake... overall... experience was good except the the screaming kids z couple of booths over..but that's life can't control unruly kids. Read more

To start I was brought a sweet tea with a lemon that looked as if it?d been chewed. After waiting I had to get my own straw and... napkins from the bar. Once the food arrived I was disappointed to find my burger undercooked and with no fries. I was told thefries would be brought quickly only to never see them. I was compensated with one free drink. My family is fighting covid 19 so door dash has been really helpful we ordered from here tonight and I ordered a steak and... bacon quesadilla what I got was so burnt inside and out that there wasn't even any cheese or steak in it , the cheese had allmelted out and burned and the steak was tiny shreds of burnt crumbles , had to turn around and order somewhere else. Mydaughters food was cold and steak way undercooked , when I tried to speak to a manager I was told she's busy and can't come tothe phone. I told whoever answered what happened they said they would pass the message to the manager and no one has calledback. It was not a good experience on 11/27. The baby back rib half rack was only 4 bones and extremely fatty. The waitress kindly... took the plate back to the kitchen. My wife shared half of her burger with me. I would not recommend this chili?s location. There was also something floating in my sweet tea. The wait staff are great. The food was not good. I?ve eaten at chili?saround the country. Hit and miss seems to be the trend lately. Read more
