We ordered a large bacon pizza, a large ham pizza, garlic twists, and a 2 liter diet coke online. It took them an hour and a... half to get our order to us. When we got out order we had 2 large ham pizzas, garlic twists and a 2 liter dr. pepper. All of ourfood was cold. This is pitiful! Read more

I frequent this location and have never had an issue, until 10/10/22. I ordered around 7:27pm on the app and it said it would be... ready between 7:45 - 7:59. I arrived around that time to pickup my order even though the app tracker still showed it in Prepmode, which I thought was just a glitch. When I pulled up to the window and payed, an irate pink-haired woman began to scream atthe cashier that ?she hasn?t even started that order yet? and that ?you better tell him it will be at least another 20-30minutes unless he wants a refund?. To hear how rude she was being, I agreed to the refund. She never spoke to me directly; justscreamed and berated her younger cashier. The cashier kept asking me ?did I hear her?. I understand that customer service sucks,but if you?re having a bad day, don?t take it out on someone who?s just trying to patronize your establishment. Read more
I ordered dinner and when I arrived home which is literally 7 mins from the restaurant the pizza had bare spots, didn?t have... extra cheese, extra pepperoni, and extra bacon which I paid for. I called the store and was left on hold for 45 minutes before Ihung up and decided to do a review. The pizza was also not hot like it had previously been made and just sat under the warmer atthe restaurant. This is very unacceptable and I would like someone to reach out to me. If I order chicken or the cheesey breads it's not bad. But most of the pizza I've ordered in the past couple years has been dry,... hardly if any sauce, even when I ask for extra, very few toppings, especially if it's chicken, and the crust very unevenly made.I even got one once that had NO CHEESE at all and all the toppings were almost burnt. Tonight I ordered the hot buffalo chickenpizza and was very disappointed. Was hoping they had improved. Sadly not. Read more
