Each time I have stopped to eat here I have had issues. The burger is always cold and tastes as if the meat is old or freezer... burned. My last trip there I waited in the drive through for about 10 minutes before getting to the pick-up window. The twocars ahead of me were asked to pull ahead to wait for their orders, but I received mine. I should have checked my bag before Ihit the road, because my "large" fries had less than a small fries worth loaded in it...and they were cold. I thought for surewaiting that long would mean that I was getting fresh hot food. I was wrong. Read more
Some reason, every other time I order here, my order is wrong. Ordered a sausage egg biscuit combo ten minutes ago, and was... given a sausage and gravy. I didn't realize until I pulled onto the highway the snafu. If I hadn't been late for work, Iwould've had then correct it then. I understand it's early, but quality control needs to be a thing.... Asked them to make my steak biscuits fresh that I would be more than happy to wait on them! And I'm quoting here( they just came... up) . I get them after I pay of course and they're barely even warm!!! Surprise surprise surprise. Should have known better thanto try it again. I just don't understand why it's such a big deal to make something fresh for somebody when they're more thanwilling to be patient an wait! The price on the menu board for the cinnamon biscuit was $2.49 but when she rang it up it was $2.99. I asked why it was $.50... more and the manager said "I'm sorry the price didn't change up there" (pointing to the menu board.) I was in too much of ahurry to have them correct MY price but Hardee's needs to change the price on the menu board please!! Other then that, the foodwas hot, delicious and was served very quick. ????
