Front of house staff attitudes leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered on the app and went in to get my order and stood there for... ten minutes without anyone, not even the managers, acknowledged that I was there. The cashier was working on a single Doordashorder and apparently it was too much for her, and she was complaining the whole time. Meanwhile, my order was bagged and sittingin front of her, all she had to do was check my name and hand it to me, as it was already paid for. It took me half an hour toget a fast food order and when I got it, it was stone cold. Staff's comments about the whole thing when I was clearly upset wasthat I should have gone to another Jack's. No worries, I definitely will. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Ihave never had a positive experience, and I'm tired of trying. There are other locations closer to me that offer much faster,and far more friendly service. Read more
This Jack's the employees are rude. Went here for breakfast and as we walked in the employees didn't speak. They watch as we... stood there and didn't say a word to any of us... Then that's when they said they had a huge order and could take anymoreorders. And it took another customer to say that there are elderly people in line and just take their order... And the cashierwas very rude.... I won't be back to them at all.. just because of their customers service of being rude. Read more
Slower than molasses nobody can get anybody to work anymore the government must be giving them a check to stay at home. they... don't have enough employees and the ones that are working are overwhelmed and slow. And this is happening at every fast foodrestaurant and all major restaurants. They used to have the best breakfast and now you can't even hardly get any. Read more
First time here was visiting family. I was shocked how good the food the food was. We got a mixture of breakfast and lunch.... Everything was fresh and tasted so good. Kinda wish they had more kids options but my son enjoyed his pancakes and hashbrowns. Read more
I waited in line to order for entirely way too long. Unbelievably slow. The girl that took my order couldn?t find the kids meal... button on her register & was too terrified to ask for help so she stood there forever staring at her screen. Lo & behold sheovercharged me. I paid $5 extra b/c she charged me for 4 kids meals instead of 3. The manager acted like it was a hugeinconvenience to correct my receipt and said she would compensate me with milk shakes for the kids. When the shakes came out,there was maybe 4-5 table spoons of milk shake in each cup. They literally drank them in like 3 gulps. Such a joke. I hate beingripped off. Read more
I had two sausage biscuits for breakfast and man were they amazing cooked fresh the biscuit was flaky and buttery and tender.... The staff was quick to greet me and take my order and my food arrived quickly. Hats off to the manager team Read more

About 20 minutes ago, ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches, and had to throw half of one out due to the chicken being a very... questionable texture. It was very tough and chewed in a way that made me question if it was expired chicken. Read more
