Stopped by yesterday and first experience was something gross on the bathroom door. There was a couple of employees in there... trying to put toilet paper in the stalls. When we walked in the bathroom it absolutely was horrid . The smell like backed upsewage. The employees were even complaining about the smell. But I might add they never tried to clean the gunk off the door. We then go order food. The dining room was filthy . But we were ready to get home so was ready to grab food and get the last 4hour drive out of the way. When we got in the car my 5 year old opened his nuggets and there was black speaks on them. We drovearound pulled up out front and and an employee meet us at the door asking was something wrong. He told my daughter to wait thereto which she said no I am coming in. He tried to play it off as grease. They have him more nuggets. My daughters chickensandwich smelled like burnt grease. Needless to say the only thing we ate were the fries. I typically stop here for a coke. The coke part of machine has been down for a couple of weeks. No problem. Now they are selling... coke again but the drink they are handing customers through the drive-thru are watered down and they acknowledged that they knowthat!!! This started happening a week ago yet they continued to push this product. How bout ya'll stop selling a product thatisn't satisfactory or less than poor at best. You people are a joke!!! People are getting home and finding this out after thefact. Avoid this joke of a restaurant at all cost. Don't bother responding to this comment Mcdeez. Save your breath. Yourinaction speaks volumes. They halfway do there job. I order there a couple times a week. My review is true if they have it right. They get a better rate!
Easy on and off from I-65. When we arrived I was total chaos. People saying they had been waiting for over 45 minutes for their... food. Urging customers coming in to leave and go somewhere else. There was a girl in the lobby filling up the lids and straws.People in the back where yelling her name to come back and help on the line. She was yelling back "what?!" We waited about 30minutes for two 4 piece chicken mcnugget happy meals and 2 McChicken Sandwiches. Every table in the lobby was dirty. We ended upwiping a table to sit down. There was nobody was running the cash registers but there were 4 kiosks open. A man came in andrefused to use the kiosk. He stood at the counter and yelled three times "is anyone around here working the register?" One ofthe girls left the line to take his order for 2 senior coffees. One of the managers was on her cell phone as she was packingorders yelling at I'm guessing a child employee. "I called you back. Oh you didn't call me? Then how did I get your missed callon my phone? Oh you're having car trouble? It sounds like you need to let your parents deal with that. They need to bring you towork. We have had this conversation time and time again. I'm still at work covering YOUR shift because guess what you're nothere! I've been here since 5:30am. So hurry up and get here!" Then she hung up. The other employees were asking who it was andthe manager was talking about him to her other employees. How unprofessional. Times are hard with employees right now, talkingpoorly to them and then about them to your other staff is not how you become a leader. When we finally got our food it was Lukewarm and the nuggets were old. I did ask them to remake fresh which they did without any problem. Kiosk said they were out ofcoke, however they were not. We ordered through the drive through we got three drinks three fries and three ten piece nuggets. They had us pull up and wait... for our food giving them time to get it prepared and we got our food... No straws.... Fries were hot and simie good but noflavor on them. Read more
Ordered door dash from this McDonalds and my bacon egg and cheese biscuit had at least half of a full egg shell incorporated... into the egg. At first I just got a little bit of it so I figured the bacon was just crispy for once, not until I took a secondbite and was spitting egg shells for 15 minutes. Absolutely disgusting! Didn?t even have the scrambled egg on it like it should,it was an over easy egg. These people can?t even count to ten with chicken nuggets in their hands and they want $15 per hour.What a bunch of clowns. Read more
I don't even know where to start... but when traveling from Alabama to Tennessee & wanting a ice coffee so bad just to get a... unsweetened vanilla coffee with no syrup ruined my morning.... & my order wasn't correct. I don't eat patty sausage and askedfor bacon... I got sausage instead... & a hard biscuit. Was told my meal came with a hash brown then got charged extra forit.... Read more
