Today me and my wife stopped In to eat before attending a memorial service. When we got there the young lady working the... register greeted us while attending to customers at the register. Then she greeted us again while taking our order so full oflife and Joy you could tell immediately she not only Loved her job but working with people and serving others. Everything aboutour experience at MILO?S today was amazing but I?d like to say even if it wouldn?t have been and REGINA would?ve taken care ofus the way she did we would come back again and we live an hour away. First time to a Milo?s restaurant. It?s my favorite tea ever! Traveled from East Tennessee, was visiting the area and traveled... an extra hour to visit the restaurant. I had never eaten at milos before but heard a lot of good things about it. I don't know If I was just hyped up too much or if... they were having an off day, but I was very disappointed. My order was mixed up at the drive thru. I parked, went in, and waited for two dine in customers to be served. When I was... helped, I almost had the feeling that it was my fault that I received the wrong order. Definitely not what you want yourcustomers to think. Mistakes happen. Wasn?t all that impressed. Family was visiting from out of town and they were all excited about going here. I ordered a... cheeseburger combo so did my mother. My burger had 3 pieces of onion and 1 pickle. Moms had a good helping of Both. The burgertasted like the soy burgers I had in high school. Condiments were sparse and hard to find. I LOVE Milo's. The burger & fries were great. I love how they give you that extra little piece of meat on your burger.
