I went to this location yesterday friday 11th because I was in the area shopping. As soon as I pulled up to order my food in the... drive thru the lady said "HI may I take your order....but before you get started I just want to let you know we are out ofnuggets, chicken sandwiches and spicy tenders" so I looked at the clock and it was only 630pm so I said "yall are completely outof that stuff or u ran out and not cooking more tonight"? She says "yes we're done cooking for the night" ....after that I hadto roll my window up and drive off before I said something very rude and ugly because isn't that their job? Cook food to serveyour customers?? Why r u even open for business if u can't fill orders? The staff wasn't up to par. They seem untrained in the job duties and I had to go through the line on 3 separate occasions to... get my correct order and I had to watch as they wasted so much food. It's sad. Give it to someone or let the people keep itrather than throwing it away. SMH. Won't be back anytime soon to this location. Read more
Saw the worker in the window take the gum she was chewing from her mouth, play with it, rub it on her lip, and went back to... chewing it. Luckily I saw this while a car was ahead of me so I went ahead and pulled off. Absolutely disgusting. This popeyeshas always sucked but they really outdid themselves this time. Read more

Do not go here if you want friendly service. I love their chicken but almost all of the staff has some MAJOR attitude problems.... Tonight my brother and I went through the drive thru around 8:30, the lady comes on the speaker and tells us they are out ofmild nuggets and tenders. Okay no problem. I have hearing issues so I thought she had said they only had mild chicken nuggetsand tenders left, as my brother starts to order our chicken finger meals she very LOUDLY and RUDELY cuts him off and says ?IALREADY TOLD YOU, WE DONT HAVE THAT?. I just looked at my brother in shock because I cannot believe someone would speak toanother person that way. She said it in such a rude way as if we were inconveniencing HER. When all that happened was a simplemisunderstanding. She then starts speaking again then sighs very loudly in the speaker as if she?s having to calm herself downfrom getting so worked up. I told my brother just to drive off, it wasn?t even worth it. The food isn?t the problem for me, it?sthe staff consistently. I always say please and thank you and have never been met with a ?you?re welcome?, they speak to you asif you?re the problem and have the worst attitudes, I truly hope they can find some better employees. Never have I ever been told ?I?m not allowed? when I?m attempting to order food. I?m from out of state, went to this location to... get food for my Gparents. I asked for 3 mild wings they replied with they?re not serving wings so I asked for legs I was told?I?m not allowed to do that until we sell all these breasts? I replied fine just give me 2-3pc tender meals give me a frozenstrawberry lemonade.I was told they were out. Fast forward to a couple of days later again going for Gparents I ordered 2 mildlegs They replied ?I?m not allowed to do that until my truck comes in but I can give you leg and thigh leg and a wing? so I saidfine give me a leg and a wing.
