if I could do zero stars I would!! went tonight to eat endless shrimp, just finished a shutdown, tired and hungry, food was... excellent but service was shifty, we was nice and friendly, enjoyed our meal had a drink and asked for our check, our waitresssaid they gave our check to someone else and wouldn't give us our check, we asked everyone for our check we wanted to leave, noone new of our check and they was asking the manager. waited and waited until we raised some stink then finally they gave us acheck that wasn't ours!! I got endless shrimp, if l was starving l would have died. Very slow, probably need more time spent on training waiters.... Biscuits were good and hot, l think the cooks need a little help also. Will be a long time before I return. Read more
We had a great experience at this Red Lobster. Our server, Emily, was absolutely wonderful! One of my sides didn't come out the... way she wanted it to so she even went back to the kitchen and made sure it came back perfect. She didn't want to bring somethingthat wasn't done right out to the table. I think a lot of people are missing out if they aren't coming here. The service isfantastic and the food was delicious! The food was really good and the service was even better. We were seated in Todderick's area and he was amazing. He was friendly... and attentive, it wasn't just us I overheard the others in his area raving about how great the service was as they left as welltoo. It was by far the best food and service experience I've had at any Red Lobster ( including previous ones to this samelocation). From the Hostess, to the cooks, to our server Todderick it was a great experience. Read more
One start is too generous. First of all they were not busy at all, yet it took FOREVER to get our food. I ordered the choose... your own 3 selections and they waited 15 mins to come back and tell me they were out of the sirloin would I rather a NY stripand I said yes that would be fine and then come to find out they charged me for the 3 and charged me again separately for the NYstrip. Also when the waitress brought out the food a piece of shrimp fell off one of the plates and onto the serving tray andthe waitress picked it up with her bare hand and put it back on the plate. Red lobster has proven to have some really good seafood. Last visits have been great and our newly trained waiter did a awesome... job with service. The building could use some tender loving care inside, same look for awhile now! Read more
We called about a half hour ahead, and even though they are first come, first serve our table was ready when we got there.... Walking through the restaurant, it was clean and elegant, and the girls loved watching the lobsters in the tank moving aroundwhen we first walked in. Our server Beth was absolutely fantastic. She was informative, and asked the right questions, and wasfriendly and genuine. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection and presented well. The portions were plentiful, worth everypenny. It was a great experience for the entire family as there were 8 of us this evening. Read more
Service sucks, complained to the company about our server and the service. Dead lobsters in the tank, hostess laughed. Wife and... I spent a pretty penny here, all they could offer was one 50$ gift card. Just a joke of a restaurant. Read more
