On Saturday, November 19th, 2022 at approximately 5pm I order a hot chocolate. This was the saddest hot chocolate ever conceived... on the planet Earth. I was looking forward to that delicious sweet mocha and steamed milk that makes such a scrumptious drinkbut I received something that I can only describe as a hot cup of dirty dishwater. It doesn't matter if you place your order on the app or in store. I always end up waiting atleast 15 min for my order. Which... sucks. On the bright side the staff is friendly. They need more staff members to speed up their services. Read more

It was a little warm in there, but other than that my iced Carmel macchiato was amazing and my daughter ordered the mango dragon... fruit lemonade and she loves it. I tasted it and I was good. We are going to make it our mom daughter spot for now on. Read more

The staff was friendly, timely and produced a great product. Unfortunately, the establishment was very dirty. The four of us... sat outside to enjoy our drinks and the weather, while the staff was sitting on the counters on their phones. Read more

I will never come back to this Starbucks, they are always short staffed and have no reliable hours. I placed a mobile order,... they took my money gave me a pick up time and when I got there the cafe was closed. When I called to find out how can I get myorder that I?ve already paid for, I was told to join the drive through line that was wrapped around the corner. I expressed howmuch of an inconvenience this was and how they should turn off the mobile ordering. I was informed I can come back on anotherday when a manager was on site to get a refund. How unprofessional! They?ve lost me as a customer and I drink Starbucks everyday! So annoyed! Read more

I?m not sure how to share my love of the open-crew of this location from my frustration on their behalf for the evident... problems here. When I stop by early in the morning the crew has just finished getting coffee brewed and things set up to open. Yet the floor needs washing, paper towels are empty, tables dirty? all from the night before where the evening shift should havealready done all of this! Want to keep a floor clean the longest without shoe tracks? Do it after evening customers haveleft!! Often I come in and there is not enough product. I ask, ?Why don?t you have enough product?? The response? ?The truckdidn?t come.? Or ?The truck came but we didn?t get all we ordered.? This is ridiculous! How can these folks satisfy customerswhen they can?t fulfill orders? I could brew my own coffee at home? and I?m about to do so, not because of the staff at thislocation (who have a great attitude while having to work through this stupidity) but because higher-up district managers need toget things fixed! The morning crew is fantastic! The two women who lead the morning have great energy, always pleasant. They work hard even when... they are out of products. They put in effort to get to know the customers and all of our names and drinks. Let?s promote thesetwo!!! When the new baristas mess up, these ladies pitch in and always will remake a drink without a fuss. I?m always satisfiedand truly in a better mood when i leave. These ladies know who they are.
