Nothing like a good ol sub sandwich from Subway. I would recommend the Italian BMT, on Italian herbs and cheese bread, pepper... jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and have it toasted. That's my go to sandwich everytime I go. Be prepared to wait in line a little longer than your typical "fast food " restaurant. But the wait is worth it. Went there for lunch and Ms. Dawn was awesome! I wish I could give her 1,000 stars for her excellent customer service! However,... that owner!!!!!!! I wish I didn?t have to leave a star for him at all. He was very condescending towards his employees and totop it off he had just got done working the cash register then proceeded to sprinkle cheese on the bread bare handed withoutwashing his hands!!! Yesterday on my lunch break I came in to order a 6-inch turkey sandwich. I used to work at a Subway and therefore know how... things are supposed to be done at this franchise. I was thoroughly disappointed. When I walked in I was not greeted, nor evensmiled at. Each of the four employees just glanced at me. After a few minutes of standing there in silence (waiting for my orderto be taken) I just told them what I wanted and no one was quick to answer. Then the manager goes on to complain about hownothing on the line or in the fridge was dated. I didn?t think much of it because I assumed it had been rotated. The personserving me was slow and seemed a bit out of it. The next customer walked in and things got worse. Another employee prioritizeddishes over serving a customer. The manager quickly corrected her but it wasn?t very professional. After finally getting mysandwich I was in a state of amazement of how bad the customer service was. I hardly EVER write a review, and have never ratedone star so I hope this isn?t taken lightly. The facility was not clean, the employees were not professional nor ready, and thecherry on top is that I have food poisoning. (I am assuming the food on the line that was not dated had gone bad.) I will not beback to this location. I hope things improve and that someone takes notice of whatever may be necessary to fix their wrongs. Read more
I rarely write a One Star review, but it is deserved for this "sandwich shop". I stopped in at 10:30 am to get a foot long tuna... sub. The nice employee took my order and went to make my sandwich. Shortly after, the manager put up a sign (photo attached)that says "Drive through closed, come inside". I waited awhile and the employee brought my sandwich to the window. I explainedthat people with mobility issues like I have are unable to walk inside and stand for long times. I was informed that closing thedrive through is common at the store if there are a lot of customers inside. To make matters worse..... I got the wrong sandwichbrought to me. Find a different Subway. Service is kinda slow. But staff is nice and their sandwiches are well made.
I was the only person in the drive thru and it tool 22 minutes for 2 footlongs to be made. I asked for an immense amount of... toppings and was given ham, lettuce, literally 2 slices of pepper, and more mayonnaise and mustard than your local Walmartcarries. Absolutely ridiculous considering the cost of both sandwiches. Would never even remotely consider eating at this subwayagain. Also, the employee at the window at the time of my arrival was extremely rude. Read more
