This last visit to beltline road taco bell was not so much bad as it was time consuming it took me almost 30 min to get to the... order menu. The line was out of the parking lot and it always feels as though they are serving one at a time from ordering todelivery through the window. I understand how places are short handed but when I get to the window and see several employeeslike a full crew of at least 5 in the kitchen I wonder if help is not the problem as much as the lack of integrity in the grillarea itself starting with the order takers and trickling down to the grill personelle.. lack of proper training in expedience. The absolute rudest customer service I've ever had to deal with at a taco bell. They rushed me off and then didn't give me all... of my food. I called the store and no one answered. I called again and they told me someone would call me back and did not. Ihave never been so mistreated over a quick bite to eat in my life. If you want food; I suggest somewhere, anywhere, else. Me and my husband went through the drive through and we had ordered the grilled cheese deluxe box large Pepsi 1 cheesy bean and... rice burrito 1 spicy potatoe soft taco no lettuce 1 large Mt dew no ice and a bean burrito we waited and waited and when we gotthe order we began eating it in the parking lot we got our drinks which was medium (lady said she didn't hear us say large) ALLOF OUR MEAT WAS COLD we ended up just throwing the food away we will NEVER be back at this store again Read more

Possibly the worst customer service of my life. The cashier on the ticket said Jada and sounded like she hated her life. I asked... 3 times for no Chipotle sauce on my burrito and still got it. Food always comes out really fast and yet the wait is soooo long. I?ve waited at Taco Bell for 35 minutes before. The line is... always wrapped around the building when I come. They are really understaffed so they do one order at a time. They won?t takeyour order until the person in front of you has paid and left. Read more

It has been a while since I've been to a Taco Bell that has earned a review like the one like I could be leaving this one. We've... visited this particular store for many years and likely spent a good bit of time in drive-thru as do most in this particulararea. It's conveniently located by the local mall that once brought a lot of shoppers. It's on the busy Beltline and opposingsides of the road from McDonald's. It is across the street from one of the Decatur Morgan Hospital campuses and the only TacoBell on that side of town. It survived Covid where some fast food joints barely (if even) did. It's a non-Mexican restaurantthat has had its share of good, fast food. As of late, my past 2 visits have turned over less than mediocre results and 3 endedwith my just leaving the line to just go home. One of those visits was just last week when I'd sit in the drive thru line,waiting for each vehicle to sit for 2 to 5 minutes each, just to be told the store was closed before closing time. I work inHealthcare as I have for the past 22 years so I'm no special butterfly. I've also worked my share of fast food, remodel jobs,and retail. I've also worked through times of covid. It doesn't give anyone special privileges but what it has done is show allbusinesses that most people understand understaffed and are willing to give far more grace when communication is involved.Another visit I encountered a disgruntled employee rolling her eyes when I asked her for napkins as she handed me my cup,dripping with what I hope was soda, down the door of my car and into my car. That will wash away but that kind of customerservice will also push away loyal customers and bring more people to write reviews not much different than this one. Customerservice still matters. It always will matter. Please, still be kind to the people who work there if you go. There's always roomfor improvement and you may not meet the same employees and I hope you never do. Read more

This was bad every thing I asked for I didn't get. I never had a problem with taco bell before. They even asked me to check the... screen. Still got it all wrong. Charged for extra meat, to make it Supreme, asked for soft tacos, etc. Just all wrong. Didn'teven bother. Smh... Read more
