They have been so bad for almost 2 months. Never manage to get all my food. Service & attitudes are awful.

You can see by the receipt I ordered one four fingers meal and one six fingers meal. I ordered the six-finger meal with no slaw... extra toast I didn't get the extra toast and only got four fingers. And I hate it when you don't get what you paid for... Amen?? Read more

awful awful awful. the food itself is fine, but the service is horrendous. riddle me this, if i order two meals, how much sauce... do you think i should receive ? 4-5 maybe depending on what i order? Great customer service I was just there for a doordash pickup

I am one very upset customer Zaxbys is 30 minutes away from my house and when i got home with my fried cobb salad guess what NO... dressing. So now im eating a DRY salad. The person at the window looked so miserable and ready to go that they couldnt even putdressing in my bag. If i could i would leave ZERO stars. Pathetic Read more
