Customer service by the lady taking the order was rude to incoming guest on 5/14/22 @ 9:30. They need to do a better job on the... employees that have working in front of the house. Will not be returning to this location for any food items due to how theytreat their guest. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered wings from here once and a couple were still pink inside. Figured I?d give them the... benefit of the doubt and luckily I wasn?t too hungry that time and said mentioning it wasn?t worth it. I ordered another timeon DoorDash (for someone else) and they gave the food to a dasher that was not supposed to get the food. When my dasher gets tothe store, they refuse to give her the food because they?ve said they sent it out too many times and that it wasn?t theirproblem. I called, tried to be civil and they continued to tell me it wasn?t their issue, so I got angry and they hung up anddisconnected the phone. Then they cancelled the order and I?m still waiting on a refund. Read more
I ordered 4 orders today and the last behind the counter was rude and actually said hurry up and place your order several times.... This was the 6.99 special advertised. I will not go back to this establishment and give them another dollar for the quality ofthe food I was given. Weekday a first impression. I like American Deli as a whole but have a problem with the customer servicein our neighborhoods. Franchises should have pride in their company and screen potential owners better. The service was ok. When we walked in, no one said hello or anything. The wings were SUPER small and some if the menu items... weren't detailed. The good was hot and fresh. The menu is a bunch of monitors but they do have other signs and banners withspecials. Their food score is a 94. This place is located on Columbia Dr in front of Wal-Mart and across the street from BurgerKing. Its hard to get in from Columbia Dr if there's traffic so you may just want to go in through the Wal-Mart parking area andmake a quick right. It has 2 entrances. I didn't see a bathroom but it may have been in the back. Its a VERY small place. Itlooks like its been updated on the inside though. A flat screen tv in the dining area. The front entrance door was hard to pullso if you're handicapped you may want to try the back. Not a lot of parking in the front. Read more
Never go here! Horrible service. Wings are smaller than my pinky. Andddd they got my order wrong after i waited 30 mins for a 6... pc combo. Go to Atlanta's best across the street at cheveron. Fr man! Horrible!!!!!!! Read more
They serve good wholesome hood food. There's nothing wrong with that. As long as they do, I'll keep coming back for more.
