Horrible customer service! Food was cold and arrived really late. I got a free pizza because of how late they were and I can't... even order the pizza because for the past 3 days no one would answer the phone and no orders for delivery could be made online.At this point Domino's should just close this location or hire an entire new manager. Update: First time at the Wesley Chapel location. Pizza was SUPER hot and ready to go when I got there. Very clean and friendly.... Check out those pics and video for more info. Columbia Drive location. Was looking to treat myself and was NOT happy. Orderedpasta and pizza and it cost more than just going out to dinner at a fast food place. I ordered the chicken carbonara with NOONIONS and what do I get? Onions! Wanted the garlic crust but since I ordered a small I couldn't get that either. The driversNEVER follow the delivery instructions either. Put down specific instructions and the delivery guy waited at the door. Why? Thattells me either the company doesn't care or the their employees don't read or care about the customers. Contactless means justthat! The whole experience has me baffled and what about the "free" stuff you get when ordering? Nothing. Guess I wasn't one ofthose lucky people on the commercials. Couldn't do the survey at the end, guess it timed out on my phone. Just not a goodexperience all around. Read more
If I could give them 0 stars, I would! This is by far the worst dominos in GA. Yesterday I ordered from them around 7:45p, tell... me why I didn?t receive my order until almost 11pm! Then, when I tried calling them to cancel my order, they kept hanging up andnot answering the phone! Idk who they have working for them, but they are awful. Upon receiving my order, the delivery guy justleft my food sitting out on the porch ( remind you I didn?t ask for contactless delivery). When I got the food, it was cold andit looked like it was sitting out all day! We didn?t even eat it. Just gross and disgusting! I just had the best pizza I?ve eaten in a long time. I came in and ordered the Pacifica and not only did I feel welcomed but I... received a hot/fresh pizza. Thank y?all for good customer service and fresh food. This was my first time eating at this locationbut it won?t be my last time. Read more
Ordered an sausage and ham pizza. The person taking my order repeated it 3 times. When I got home I discovered that they gave me... a ham and pepperoni pizza. When I called and asked for a small credit on my next order I was told they could not help me. Thatmy only option was to bring it back and they would remake. The gentleman was very rude. Read more
The pizza was fine but what is this? I normally don't have any issues with this store but this is just plain wrong. If I were an... employee I would never treat anyone like this. All you had to do is make another one the correct way before you sent it out fordelivery. Read more
I have to say after reading all the reviews on here about this location before placing my order made me skeptical. I was worried... I would have to wait 2hrs to get my order bcos that seems to be other ppls issue with the location. But I am giving them a 5starbecause i placed my order at 11:30pm & my pizza got here at 11:49pm. Service horrible food took 2 hours to get to me and I never got my food it went to another address? Had to go pick up my food... from the store they had to remake the managers at this location are RUDE RUDE RUDE! They do not care about the customers nor theservice I'm completely disgusted with it all and do not recommend ordering from this location at all worst and experience I'vehad.
