I just placed an order with the Dominos on Flat Shoals Pkwy in Decatur, GA and selected carside delivery. I parked in the first... available parking spot visible facing the store, I selected the ?Im here? button in the Domino app. One minute and thirty-eightseconds into the 2-minute countdown, the timer stopped and the order was marked complete. Ten minutes later no one still has notarrived to deliver my pizzas. After ten minutes, I went into the store and gave my name, I asked the supervisor Tiffany why wasthe order marked complete and how were they going to honor the Dominos Carside Delivery 2-minute Guarantee. She stated thatthey didn't see my car. I pointed to my vehicle parked in the very first spot that you can clearly see through the store glasswindow. TIffany stated for future reference park on the side of the store (which you can?t see cars from the register) or in theFire Lane. I stated to her that parking in the fire lane is against the law and she responded, ?Don't you see that car in thefire line? and I stated it's against the law to park in the fire lane. I politely asked again how are you going to honor theDominos Carside Delivery 2-minute Guarantee. Tiffany stated she was not going to honor it because I didnt park in the fire linewith my blinkers on. I further stated that the app did not provide instructions to park in the fire lane, it states to park nearthe store and does not mention to turn on the car hazard lights. After the inexcusable customer service from TIFFANY, themanager, I got home and the pizza was horrible. I usually rave about the pizza from Dominos but this handmade pizza was nastyand dry.This was so disappointing because this location is a mile from my house, but I will go back to the Ellenwood location.Save your time and money. Ordered my food at 8:50, at 9:07 the food was going through "quality check", it is currently 10:12 and I just got my order.... TAYLOR the manager was very rude and disrespectful when I was only looking for a resolution to my problem. Rolling her eyes,sighing, slouching, etc. VERY RUDE to me when I was completely calm and asking what was going on. I am a very understandingperson so I understand if you are understaffed, and you are tired, and you don't want to be here.That is not my fault, nor is itmy problem to deal with. I do not like the way I was spoken to and it will be handled on Monday when I call corporate and letthem know how badly I was treated. Waited an hour to get cheese bread and pasta, which is now cold. This is outrageous and Iwill now be driving 45 minutes away to order my pizza when I need it. Hire people that ACTUALLY want to do their work. Read more

First I would like to say, this is my second time ordering from this location in one week. My first experience was excellent.... The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasty. The customer service was great! The chicken was cheese filled and nicely sauced. Thatprompted me to return today. Today's experience was, outside of the great customer service, this pizza was the worst I ever had.It was like eating cardboard. It's dry as a bone. So Dry that the box barely had oil in it. The chicken had no sauce (BBQ is thechicken I ordered). It had absolutely NO bacon pieces. The crust had no seasoning. I'm really shocked because I had such a goodexperience my first visit less then 7 days ago. I hope this does not become the norm. I'll give them one more try, but I'm afoodie and for me to not eat something says a lot. Today was not a good day at Dominos Flat Shoals. Let?s start with the positives pizza was tasty well cooked nice garlic crust, negative ordered extra pineapples banana peppers... and apple cinnamon twist when I got home none of my extra orders was in the box including the apple cinnamon twist called thestore asked for the manager spoke to a soft spoken gentleman requested accommodations for my inconvenience he offered to refundme my money then someone else unexpectedly grab the phone identified herself as BELLA the manager very rude and in an unconcerned inconsiderate tone said I cannot get a refund over the phone I have to bring the pizza back to the store and shealso implicitly accused me of lying she said they check the pizza several times and it had pineapples on it I took pictures ofthe whole order no pineapples no banana peppers no cinnamon twist very unprofessional store employees?will call corporate andupdate this review on the resolution? The manager Tiffany at this store needs to be fired ASAP. I made an online order for a delivery. For over 30 mins, the app said... that the pizza was being ?quality checked?. My husband decided to drive over there to pick it up. The gentleman at the counterwas very polite and offered to remake the pizzas. When my husband returned, he tipped the young man and attempted to ask Tiffanyif he could receive the original tip we gave as well for the delivery that never happened. She was very rude and unprofessionalwith her reply. My husband let her know her attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. She gave us a refund and then proceededto throw the new pizzas away and told my husband if he didn?t leave she would call the police. He told her go right ahead asyou?d be the one arrested for a false report. He demanded the corporate number and was given a false phone number. I havecreated a case with corporate and hopefully they will remove Tiffany from their staff. No one with that type of customer serviceshould be working with the public. Read more

The food was such a waste that I took the time to ADD them to Google so that I could review them. Food was horrible. It was... burned and cheese was so overcooked that it dried out. The marinara and cheese sauce for the bread that I ordered was nearlyempty, dried up and burned as well. The pictures speak for themselves. It's sad, we were waiting for them to open so we couldstop getting our deliveries from Bouldercrest who would take 3hrs. They don't seem to be much better. By the way, they justopened and are closing early and their system was down. Not a good look. My wife loves Domino's, but I can do without. I won'treturn. Loosing customers before you gain them. Smh! UPDATE - My wife forced me to give the location another try. Showed up at7pm to a closed store. Had to drive to Wesley Chapel to get food. They are not off to a great start. Strike 2. Read more
