They actually had a variety of donuts available this visit, they usually don't have the items on the menu, workers will tell you... they didn't make those flavors today. I sat at the drive-thry, no greeting, asked one of the employees taking the trash out ifthey were open (4:15pm), he said only the drive-thru is open, yet I saw a customer exiting the shop when I pulled in. Don'texpect great customer service here, menu items to be available, nor a 5 Star experience, I gave 3 Stars because they actuallyhad more than 2 types of donuts available. Read more
I loved the different flavors, very colorful. The only thing was the employees trying to rush our decisions, as this was my... first time visiting. I told the employee about the wasp flying, as well as walking on the window by the Krispy Kreme sign. Iexpressed my concern just in case someone that might be allergic was stung by the wasp. She didn't seem concerned at all. Seeingwhere this Krispy Kreme is located, as well as it being near heavy traffic area, I won't be going back any time soon. Read more
Worst location of Krispy Kreme ever! The cashier was absolutely clueless and uneducated of their menu. Ordered two iced coffees,... one with vanilla and the other flavored original glazed. We received two black iced coffees with little to no ice. We were alsohanded a bag of cream and sugar. I have ordered iced coffees from other locations and have never had it screwed up like this. Itusually comes pre mixed and not black. We told the cashier that this was incorrect and he had no idea what we were talkingabout. Terrible customer service. Read more

Worst Location. Why is the back storage look like this? Is that donuts in a bag on the floor. Disgusting. Will not buy from... this location again. Donuts are undercooked, and the girls working the drive thru on 4/16/2022 (@ 2p) needs training oncustomer service or removed from their post. Our community deserves better!! Read more
Yet another great experience at our local Krispy Kreme. Enticed yet again by the hot sign and the 75% off chocolate donuts with... purchase of a dozen regular. Fresh off the rollers and ready when I arrived. The only downside is the ticket did not print outmy complete beverage order and therefore it was incorrect but definitely not the representatives fault. Read more
