Food wasn't cooked. They don't answer the phone. Just terrible ????.
My nuggets and fries were cold and nasty. Didn't realize everything comes with cheese now. Ordered a big Mac as well. Cashier... lied and said it was reduced from price if you removed it. Furthermore I had to pull up to wait for my order and said don'tforget sweet & sour sauce. She said it will be in bag.. It wasn't in my bag, had to get out of my car to get it!! This place gets worse and worse with every visit ??I use to drive out of my way to come to this McDonald's. It used to be so... clean, the people were pleasant, friendly and polite. Now, there's ALWAYS trash on the floor, the associates are gossipingabout co-workers, the manager (the heavy set black lady) NEVER smiles, NEVER greets or acknowledges you, even though she willlook you straight in the face. Had pay for my food and than the young man walk out like I about to eat my food before it get cool
I ordered a #3 large with an extra large fry fresh. The young lady taking orders and at the first window was extremely nice and... polite, the girl at the second window was extremely rude. I got the order, extra fry wasn?t in. I let her know that there weretwo fries, she slammed the window, went and got the other fry and closed the window again. As you can see from the picture, theburger was extremely old and dry, literally had crunchy edges like a brownie. On top of ordering at 9:37 and not getting myorder until 9:58. Placed an order at the 2636 Wesley Chapel Rd location in Decatur GA. Order# 1681 06/26/2022 07:34:49 PM No one answered the... drive thru and the doors were locked. No one answered the phone when I tried to call. So I'm not sure who these people gave myorder to but they charged me for it. I actually placed another order at the location down the street and recevied that order. Ineed someone to contact me about a refund immediately. Your "contact us" on the app and in a browser has a circular functionerror which is not allowing me to contact anyone because when I enter the location it brings me back to ordering options. How doI get this fixed before I have to contact my bank with fraud charges because I was charged over $26 dollars for food I neverreceived. FYI that location is a big problem!!! 2020 Disgusted! Young lady with blond weave and long fingernails was eatingfries from the basket with her fingers. Another employee saw her and chuckled a little saying you can't do that, after the 2ndtime. Only one of the employees was wearing a mask and everyone with long weave or long braids had no hair nets on. The youngman grilling burgers was holding an arms full at at time of burgers to his chest (gray sweater) with one arm while peeling themoff to put on the grill with the other hand. I observed him do this 3 times while I stood at the counter waiting on a curbsideorder that I had already waited 25 minutes for outside. The girl who was previously seen eating with her fingers and not washingher hands went on to ruffle through my bag although another young lady was filling my order. She also checked the fries thatwere cooking by lifting the basket and took orders to the drive thru window. I was cringing the entire time and havimg apersonal panick attack behind my mask. Rude nonchalant staff. Moved everyone out the drive thru just to keep their times down but no service being provided for the... simplest orders. Needs whole new management and/or crew. Read more
I ordered through the drive through and ordered a double fish sandwich. My fish was either overcooked or it had been sitting... there for a while. It was not fresh tasting. I did not enjoy the sandwich as I have enjoyed at other McDonald. Hopefully thefood is not like that all the time. It was about 7:00 pm when I visited. The service was ok. Read more
