They are sooooo slow and lost at this location. If you are a driver (Doordash , Uber eats , grubhub , etc) I would avoid picking... up orders from here . A mess and a big inconvenience! Read more
If I could give no stars I would! I ordered a extra large pizza for my family, the lady said it would be between 40 and 50 min... to be delivered. I went to wait on it and my roommate tells me it?s a pizza sitting outside on the ground and bugs is all overthe box???????????????? they didn?t even have the decency of ringing the doorbell or giving a knock at the door! Store itself is nice, clean and usually staffed. However MJ the cashier clearly does not like his job. It?s uncomfortable as a... customer to hear the employee about to take your order moan and groan about how they ?need to be taken off till so they can gohome.? He may be overwhelmed or overworked but there is no excuse for making others feel like a burden because you are unhappywith your current job or role. Everyone else there besides MJ was pleasant but as a whole the experience was terrible becauseof his lack of enthusiasm. Read more

Customer service needs some work I called was left on hold for 10 mins and I only called to ask if the meatball had pork in it I... feel that was something that should be know off hand and the stuffed crust epic I think not was more like thin crust flat breadidk will not order that again sorry Papa it's a no for me was waste of money and I gave it another try I order 2 medium pizzaslike seriously the box say that the crust is pillowy I beg to differ if I wanted a thin crust I would have ordered it and if Gasprices wasn't so high I would've taken it back I will not order from Papas anymore Read more
I tried the papadila and it was pretty good. However, the pizza I ordered was made incorrectly. I ordered Canadian bacon and... pineapple and they gave me Canadian bacon and pepperoni which is just gross. (See pics for proof of my order) It really ruinedthe entire pizza because pepperoni is so greasy that even once it?s removed the pizza still tastes extra greasy and meaty?ew. Plus it?s missing the pineapple which is literally half the flavor. Very disappointed in lack of attention to detail. It?snot that hard to double check ingredients, I?ve worked at a pizza place before and I?ve never messed up an order so badly. 11/25/2022 8:00pm Where to begin. Beginning with ordering . I had to repeat several times that I wanted the pizza to be the... Tuscan six cheese special and add spinach and mushrooms to half of the pizza . I ordered a side of garlic stick breads .Thecashier took over 5 minutes to understand what I was requesting and to know how to ring it up. I was told to check back in about20 minutes . Time to check in on pizza . There?s a taller guy with locs making the pizza who mentioned something along thelines of realizing he messed up on someone order and said ?fuck it? We proceed to ask about the status of our pizza . We arehanded the pizza box and breadstick box . As we get in the car to check we realize that it was more than likely our pizza heknew he messed up on. This pizza pictured is no where a Tuscan 6 cheese pizza . Very much basic . Paid for the Large Whixhordered totaled Over 20 plus dollars . It was the lack of customer service, bad store vibe and the pizza being completely wrongthat was upsetting . Read more
