The app stated my order was delivered to the wrong house. The DoorDash driver did not respond to my calls or texts. No one... would answer the phone from Papa John?s. I drove to the store where they started my order all over again. An hour and a halfafter ordering, the original order shows up at my house. The food was cold. I cancel the order in the store. The store staffwere visibly upset as if it is my fault. Then, an entirely different driver and order shows up at my house another 45 minuteslater. I?m not sure I?ve ever seen this much dysfunction with an order. Stay away. At best, only pick it up yourself. Read more
I'm only giving two stars because the food was delicious but the service was absolutely disgusting. I received my order via... curbside and I simply asked for plates and napkins and the workers exact response was "you're gonna have to come in and get ityourself because I'm not coming back out here" .
