The app stated my order was delivered to the wrong house. The DoorDash driver did not respond to my calls or texts. No one... would answer the phone from Papa John?s. I drove to the store where they started my order all over again. An hour and a halfafter ordering, the original order shows up at my house. The food was cold. I cancel the order in the store. The store staffwere visibly upset as if it is my fault. Then, an entirely different driver and order shows up at my house another 45 minuteslater. I?m not sure I?ve ever seen this much dysfunction with an order. Stay away. At best, only pick it up yourself. Read more
I'm only giving two stars because the food was delicious but the service was absolutely disgusting. I received my order via... curbside and I simply asked for plates and napkins and the workers exact response was "you're gonna have to come in and get ityourself because I'm not coming back out here" . I found that to be quite rude. Read more

My wife left us for a day with a son on Saturday with no car and we decided to get a pizza. My pizza was delivered at the right... time, hot and very good cooked. Please try to keep this level of the service. One small adjustment, no contact delivery meansthat you suppose to left an odder on the porch but gentlemen was very polite. Thanks a lot. Read more
Just called to get an update on my order, not ask any extensive questions or put in a new order, and I?ve been on hold now for... 45 minutes. Ordered about an hour ago, I totally understand because it was a weekend also that delivery times might be delayedbut apparently you can?t even get a question answered. Every order is late. Every single time. Was called 2 and a half hours after ordering to be told my pizza would be another hour.... No apology, no attempt to make it right. Was told to come in a half hour to pick up. 50 minutes after call and still standinghere waiting. Did get to watch them drop food on the floors and then cook with it while I waited though! Read more
