No one was eating in not even me. So it was quite. I don't like that side of town at all. But I wanted some hot vegetables and... that was the nearest for fresh cooked vegetables. The restaurant should be moved from that area. Food was delicious ???? Thankyou. Read more
Food was ok! It?s was a long line but it moved steadily. I liked the vegetables and the chicken was good. The service was great.... Didn?t like that the manager was working the line with no gloves or mask. Everyone else had on gloves and a mask! Just saying! Read more
Enjoyed my veggie plate. Garlic mash w/onion gravy, steamed brocc, butter beans n steamed okra, pleasantly seasoned, ALL to... satisfaction. And I got to taste the mango iced tea, which apparently isn't avail daily..so hats off to Decatur, where it'sgreater Piccadilly ????. Peace. Read more
My partner and I have been coming here for several years and have noticed a deterioration of the service and food handling... practices. An attendant is slow to appear once you are seated. We prefer traditional tableware not plastic and it's difficult toget it. Cold protein salads are now placed on trays rather than directly on the cold refrigerated surface so that the crab saladI would typically purchase is cool rather than the required less than 40 degree temperature. This is asking for trouble and acounty sanitarian food inspector would mark a restaurant down for this practice. Read more
Servers were rude and sloppy. I ordered the turkey and dressing. The gravy was watery and had no flavor. The server failed to... drain the "gravy" sufficiently and it sloshed all over my sides. I have eaten at this location for over a 12 year period. Thisis the worst I have ever seen the quality of food and service.We will NOT be returning to this location! Read more
Piccadilly is a casual and conversation spot. I held a meeting here. The food is hot, fresh, very good and delicious. Service is... excellent. Handicap accessible. Very clean facility. I recommend the dilly plate. It is affordable. Prices are excellent for theportions given. We need to support Piccadilly by eating here as often as possible. They have been in the community for a longtime. There will be somethings you love at Piccadilly to eat. Read more
8-19-18 - Sunday dinner outing. Outvoted, Picadilla it was. Good customer service on the lines and from Kedoshia our server. She... made sure we were taken care of from the moment she came to our table till we left. The food was good and hot. I had friedchicken, carrot souflet, mexican cornbread, and mango tea. Kids had chicken tenders and sides. Wife had chopped beef and sides.Would've had the chopped beef, but was a 3 minute wait. Of course after she gave me my chicken, it came out, less than a minutelater. The corn wasn't seasoned, and my daughter exchanged the macaroni and cheese for another side. The dressing was dry andnot the best. Tea could've been sweeter, so exchanged it. The staff were on it though, because an older patron passed out, andthey were able to get paramedics on site, and lessen attention to the situation, hopefully making things less stressful on herdaughter.
