I haven't had Pizza Hut in a while. My pizza was undercooked and disappointing. The crust was white and tasted like wet... flour. It didn't even look or taste like there was any sauce on it. Next time, I'll pass on Pizza Hut. It's a NO for me. Igave 2 stars because the delivery driver was pleasant. Read more

Went to Flat shoals location with an online order. Once I get there I wait in the drive thru for 30 eventually went inside. Of... course my order wasn't ready, they didn't even start. It took over an hr for me to get my order. And it still wasn't correct.And the melt didn't look like advertised. The manager was rude. Overall customer service suck. Pizza hut has been ruined for me. Food was cold and not appealing. The meat on pizza taste old and they over compensated with the sauce. Will not go to this... location again. I used carry out. Totally disappointed. Did not meet my expectation or what I have experienced from otherlocations. Horrible Read more

The service is good but the recipe is trash. I was looking for that pan pizza taste Pizza Hut had but clearly doesn't anymore.... The crust lacks butter and garlic flavor and could be more crispy. The staff really tried but you only as good as what you gotto work with. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! We had guest over preparing for a wedding the next day and... ordered a pizza. Almost two hours passed when we realized we hadn't received the pizza. When we called, they were closed andthe app on our phone said the pizza was enroute in and would arrive in 45-50 minutes (it still says that when we click on thelink a week later). We called the 800 number and they answered, apologized and stated they would refund our money. A weekpassed and no refund. Called the store a week later and was passed around twice on the phone and left on hold. Then, they tookme off of hold and just left the phone off the hook. We sat for over 40 minutes listening to them talk in and work and when westarted yelling "HELLO" they hung up the phone. Read more

I ordered a pizza today (6/16/22) at 11:11am and the guy that spoke to me said my pizza would be here at 11:41am. The pizza is... paid for and I still have NOT received my order. The time is now 12:56pm and I have been holding on the phone for over 30 minutes to speak to someone and get information as to where my order is. No one has responded or picked the phone up and I amlistening to the recording. I want a refund for waiting over an hour and some change for my food. Read more

Worst location ever! My daughter ordered 35$ worth of food. They told her they had no driver but they were using a third party... for delivery and I would be charged for that service I agreed. 2hours later no delivery. I called the location they put me onhold and never returned. 3 hours later I go to the Pizza Hut wait in line over 20mins just to get to the window for them to sayI?ve been refunded. I asked why? And I wanted to reorder at a discount for the inconvenience. The young lady at the window toldme my food was sitting there in the warmer I said can I just have my order please I?ll warm it up she says I?d have to repay forit I was refunded. So she wanted me to repay for food that had been sitting for 3 hours. I asked to speak to the manager themanager refused to come to the window stating I?m to busy to talk. I was told that my food would be thrown away. I was confusedjust give me my good please. She said no. I asked again to reorder. She told me she was refusing service because I was holdingup the line and if I didn?t move we would play the waiting game. I was confused because I wasn?t rude or unpleasant I justwanted to understand why I was being inconvenienced and why I couldn?t reorder. I waited 3 hours and I waited my turn in linewhen I had to drive to Pizza Hut to inquire about my order that was never delivered. I never received a phone call stating wecan?t deliver your order nothing. I was treated like I was an issue because I placed an order. I never received my food, Iwasn?t allowed to reorder.
