The service here is very slowwwww! You wait in the drive thru, then once they have your payment they say can you pull up we... don't have the chicken ready WTW? Then I waited for 10 more min, w/other customers, called the store they didnt answer, NOTsurprised, 15min later came out with food, and NOT my drink...reallyyy, got home realized my Dirty Rice was not in myorder..this was a total waste of time, MONEY and the chicken was not good! Try telling a customer PRIOR to paying that your foodhas not been prepared to keep customers satisfied and keep the line moving so we can dine elsewhere w/out jumping thru hoops toget a refund. Really red beans when cooked produce a sauce, which is supposed to be put over the rice. Do y'all really giving family size... containers with beans on the bottom (that's a joke only 5 beans and no sauce they produce). For the family meal price we shouldhave gotten at least some sayce even if we didn't have the 5 beans. Anyway for the peice the meal was weak. Update: as of09/23/2022 this location is selling old chicken, still doesn't have condiments, and doesn't have the proper container for thesides. Read more
Worst ever.... Guy at the window was rude as Hell. Acts like he doesn't want to be at work and I paid $3.19 for 10 fries and I... asked for a regular. She said regular and individual is the same... okay but the amount of fries was ridiculous. I only wentthere because it was convenient. I will drive from Wesley Chapel to another one before I come back here . You order online andget there they never have anything. Then you have to go through online service just to get your money back. They laugh and talkmore than work. Why do we treat out own people nasty and with nonchalant attitudes. I was trying to place my order at the drive thru. The lady that was taking my order was very rude. She had an attitude the... entire time she was taking my order. She kept cutting me off as I was speaking. I asked for 2 piece white spicy with Mac andcheese. She said ain?t no mo Mac and cheese for the day. It was only 1pm. So I asked for mashed potatoes with the spicy whitechicken. She said I heard you the first time about yo chicken! At that moment I said that?s ok and I drove off. The WORST!!! Not only did the manager have to tell the cashier to take my order as I stood there and the young lady continued to... look at the schedule and IGNORE me, she hands me the bag without my order of Cajun fries. I actively heard the manager tell thecrew not sell anymore fries. The cashier didn't put the fries in the bag. She tried to pretend I didn't order any fries until Ishowed her my receipt. She then offered me another side so I chose Cajun rice. I get all the home. The Cajun rice was HARD,SOUPY and clearly not done. I would rather wait on the food to be cooked than to get home to feed my family and the sides areTERRIBLE. The rice in the red beans and rice was overcooked. The workers in this Popeyes need to look at the food they serveand ask "Would I eat this?" The answer would be a HARD NO!!! GET IT TOGETHER OR CLOSED THE DOORS. Read more
On June 14, 2022 we had a bad customer service experience our food was given to us and it look like spicy food and we complained... about it the girl at the drive-through said ?we?re just gonna have to eat that shit? when we spoke to the manager she was rudeand disrespectful and then she made an excuse as to why our food looked like spicy chicken instead of what we ordered which wasmild chicken. the manger on duty excuse was they didn?t clean their cooking oil grease not did they change their breading whichis why the chicken we ordered look like spicy chicken instead of mild chicken. The staff displayed Very bad customer serviceskills and the associates were rude! The food we ordered was cold and we lost our appetite! This location is always busy howeverthey do not take the time into providing exceptional customer service to its customer!
