On August 26, 2022, I placed an order online for pickup. My Husband proceeded to pick the order up and brought the items back... home. Back home as we began to eat, we noticed that the soup I ordered was not included with our other items. We were just goingto let it go. No big deal. So, as my Husband prepared to add the Salmon to his salad and eat, we pulled out not one, but twobig heads, or ends of a whole. After removing them, there was barely any salad left. This was of course disappointing. So, Icalled the store and requested a manager. Quantia answered the phone and said she was the manager. After telling her the issue,there was no compassion or empathy. She just said, I can refund the soup. Our salads are precut so that’s likely how two headsended up in there. I said well what can we do about this? Well, you can come back and we can make it over again. Tell me whowants to come home, after they’ve already waited for an order that we entrusted in an establishment to be correct, and itwasn’t, only to have to leave their home to go back out? This was poor food handling service and poor customer service. I amwriting to inform you all of the options given and the lack of empathy shown for a mistake that Red Lobster employees made. Igave this place one star because I had to in order to leave this review. They truly didn’t deserve that. Read more
Ordered in restaurant for take out... Cod Fish soggy...nice portion but did not get to enjoy it for lunch. Ask for more tarter... sauce..1 small cup is not enough for fish.. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY ???? Read more
Food was great! The price was also great for the portion size. Scallops and shrimp were delicious.
Not only was my VERY SMALL claw missing legs, I ordered Clam Chowder however I received Lobster Bisque instead!!! Even a salad... requesting no tomatoes was made wrong!!! Never again through DoorDash!!! I’m very disappointed! ???? Read more
I visited earlier this week and unfortunately did not have a good experience. I used the app to get on the wait list but the... host didn't know how to access the information and had to re-add me to the waiting list when I arrived. We visited at 11:30am. The app advised of a 5 minute wait but upon arrival,, I was told that there was only a single server which required a 20minute wait for my party of 2. I had lunch with my little one to celebratemy birthday. I ordered the Sailors platter and heordered the kids chicken fingers. Or drink order was taken right away and biscuits brought to the table but our order tookquite a while. I asked for extra fried shrimp instead of scampi. When my order came, it had a few small pieces of fish withpopcorn shrimp only. The order issue was not corrected. My 7 year old only received 2 small chicken fingers with his orderwhich is less than usual. As our orders were delayed in the first place, we chose to consume the food as is. This was ourfirst meal for the day and we didn't want to wait longer. This visit was very disappointing. We won't return to this locationfor a while. Read more
So my mother in law wanted to treat me lunch as my birthday gift. So I wanted red lobster. Service here is horrible. First off... it’s slow af today….it’s a Sunday. The Caesar salad is not a Caesar salad, they brought out a mixed green salad. Mylobster was sooooo dry. Our server is new, her name is Sasha and she needs more training. She doesn’t know how to accommodateher guest. Only half of our food was brought out and her response was “ I didn’t think about that when I didn’t see it onyour plate” like what??? We’ve been waiting for 1 of the 3 managers thats on duty for over 20mis now….how you get a loadedpotato and the cheese not even melted smh. Never coming back here. The customer service was great. They need to replace the carpet for tile because the place have a bad carpet smell. My broiled... lobster tail was over cooked while the grilled split tail was cooked perfectly. The mens restroom was clean and didn't have abad smell. Read more
I was charged for premium sides with my meal that come with two sides because I chose Brussel sprouts. Well based on the pic I... uploaded I paid for both the same price but look at the portions. And Jazz is the worst waitress I have experienced in a longtime. Read more
